Just listed in The Admiral District and Open all weekend.
There’s something especially easy to love about a home that has held onto its original personality while making room for the way we live today.
2628 46th Avenue SW is a sweet 1930s home with original hardwood floors, arched doorways, a classic fireplace and wonderful natural light. The upstairs primary has one of my favorite details: a cozy built-in bed that feels tucked into the treetops.
There’s also an unfinished basement with room to imagine what comes next, a private backyard, sizeable garage and extra parking. And some of the less glamorous but very
important work has already been done, including a new roof and furnace in 2026 and a new sewer line in 2025.
Then there’s Admiral itself. Coffee, restaurants, groceries, parks and the historic Admiral Theatre are just a few blocks away, with Alki and Schmitz Preserve close enough to become part of everyday life.

3,000 sq ft lot | $809,000

Otherwise known as a Porch Bomb. Where sneaky autumn elves decorate your front porch for the autumn season with a spice of Halloween if you are into that. 🍂 Want to bring a little fall to your front porch?
For a chance to win, DM your Cloud City Homes Realtor between now and October 7 to enter. The winner will be drawn on October 8 and you could be surprised when you come home one day. Good luck! taken in West Seattle by @cloudcityhomes

This one is a rare two bedroom, two bathroom, cutie, patootie across from schools, parks, and right around the corner from South Seattle community college. She’s been loved for years and called home by fur babies, grandma’s and more. Flooded with sunshine, a spacious backyard and really great neighbors. It’s the whole package and the best one out there at this price point. DM me for more information. #westseattlerealestate #firsttimehomebuyerseattle taken in West Seattle by @cloudcityhomes

Just listed in Puget Ridge.
6712 18th Ave SW is proof that you don’t need a huge house to live well.
At 900 square feet, this two-bedroom home has an easy circular floor plan that makes smart use of every inch. But the backyard may be what wins you over. Fully fenced, surprisingly spacious and with extra breathing room beyond the property, it feels like a little retreat in the city.
Add off-street parking for two, thoughtful updates and easy access to the rest of West Seattle, and this is a home designed for simple, comfortable living.

Coming Soon, a “soft launch”, and officially called “First Look” Your Seattle home search now includes one more status that benefits both buyers and sellers.
With the introduction of NWMLS First Look, some homes can begin marketing before they officially become Active.
Depending on the seller’s choices, a First Look property may not appear everywhere you normally search online. It will, however, be available to NWMLS member brokers.
If you’re actively looking for a home in West Seattle or elsewhere in Seattle, this is a good time to make sure your search includes First Look listings too.
We’ve explained the new status and what it means for buyers and sellers on the Cloud City Homes blog. taken in West Seattle by @cloudcityhomes
