After nearly two years of work, Cloudland Canyon’s score for Adult Swim’s *Ambient Swim* is finally out today. It's called Flow State, so hopefully it will create that zone for everybody

Scoring something for Adult Swim is one of those things I’ve wanted to do for as long as I can remember, so this one means a lot. The episode brings together immersive animation, ambient textures, and shifting psychedelic movements into a full visual/music piece.

Huge thanks to Thomas Corbin Linebarier, Adam Fuchs, Cody DeMattais, Jackie Turpin, Ross Devlin, Shane Dering, Johnny Woods, Chadwick Parks, Michael Cahill, and everyone at Adult Swim for bringing this strange, beautiful world to life and letting Cloudland Canyon be part of it.

I wanted to post a montage of it first but.....Watch the full episode now via Adult Swim / YouTube. I'll post more clips here in the next couple days

Still processing this one.

Cloudland Canyon & Kid Millions at the Overton Park Shell for Gonerfest 23.

Getting to make that much noise on that stage, surrounded by friends and so many people we love was pretty special.

Huge thanks to @kid_millions for coming down and making this thing what it was, and to @greene.alex , @f_s_mclallen and @jesse_james_davis for being part of this. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to do this with.

Thank you to @ericgoner, @zacives, @cakeslime, and everybody at Goner Records and @gonerfest for continuing to build this beautifully weird thing year after year.

A massive thank you to @thedaniellyn for sound, @infinitystairs for the incredible visuals, and @andrew.mccalla @the_shrews , @salliethatgurl and the entire Goner streaming crew. There were a LOT of people involved in making that stream happen..cameras, audio, switching, production, setup, breakdown and all the invisible work happening while the rest of us got to stand onstage and play. I know I’m not naming everybody here, but thank you to every single person who had a hand in it. @dudethedevinn, @emilsparks, @bar_dkdc, @lamplighterloungememphis for working so hard constantly making afterparties awesome

Thanks as well to everyone at the @overtonparkshell, the stage and production crews, volunteers, and all the people doing the thousand jobs behind the scenes that make a weekend like Gonerfest possible.

And thanks to @manorastroman_official , @jackoblivian , @gweniferraymond , @cramholezine , @drummerben , @coopernikus and everyone else who shared Sunday at the Shell with us.

Most of all, thank you to everybody who showed up, stood out there with us, bought a shirt, said hello, watched the stream from somewhere else in the world, or just let us get extremely loud for a while.

@gonerrecords has spent decades making Memphis a stranger, louder, more interesting place, and Gonerfest is one of those weekends that reminds you just how much a handful of people who really care about music can change the character of a city. Memphis would be a whole lot less interesting without them.

We’re lucky they’re here and very grateful they let us be a part of it. taken in Overton Park Shell by @cloudlandcanyon

Saturday night @bar_dkdc .

Three corners of Memphis after dark:

DJ LIVIN
STROOLY
CLOUDLAND CANYON DJs

House, disco, electronics, psychedelia, strange records, deep cuts and things that sound better loud in a small room.

No particular destination in mind.
