March dump
March was all over the place, work was hectic, a lot of my runs were trash and i was hella fatigued going into a lot of my training sessions. I adapted and gave my all and ended the month strong for a strong beginning for April.

First meet / PLU Liftmas 6 recap,
Started powerlifting 6 months ago, had to take a month off due to military training but yesterday all the hard work paid off. Came in this meet with confidence in the work my coach and i put in. He wanted me to focus on going 9/9 and i wanted to focus on my totals lol but i walked away going 9/9 and hitting some new numbers. The vibe of the meet and the motivation from my family and team gave me no choice but to put on a little show. Can’t wait to see what we do at nationals next year 😬.
