I am so excited to post one of my favourite photos ever!!This entire shoot was magical ✨ the location was perfect, the people (@_tessu_ and @katewonder ) were angels and the vibes were immaculate. And that magical feeling only grew as I received the photos back! Each shot I went through had me bouncing with joy but this one made me freeze in awe. It is truly everything I could have asked for! Pike Trickfoot, the cosplay that sparked my passion for cosplay stronger than ever before! The cosplay where I decided to jump in the deep end of creation and make armour despite having very little experience with foam, the cosplay that introduced me to sewing despite feeling overwhelmed with it (my sewing machine is lovingly named Trickfoot because of this), the cosplay I was so proud of I decided to enter my first competition which has sparked a desire in me to continue competing! Basically long story short this cosplay means a lot to me and to see proper photos of it in such a gorgeous location has made me so unbelievably happy and proud! Very much a case of ‘I can’t believe I did that’ and ‘I can’t believe that’s me’ but I did and it is! Thank you @ham.cosplay.photog for this wonderful photo and such an incredible shoot! 🍊Nami🍊I am over the moon to have been able to finally cosplay Nami! I immediately loved her when I started my One Piece journey 2 years ago and 700+ episodes later she’s still my favourite! I won’t deny being nervous to cosplay her since her outfits tend to be somewhat revealing and even this sweater dress was shorter than what I’d ever usually go for, but I felt really pretty! Hopefully I’ll be able to keep pushing myself and can cosplay some of her other gorgeous outfits! ~Massive thank you to @td.photography for this photoshoot! I said I had more Merthur for you for Pride month and now we’re delivering! 🌈🏳️‍🌈Happy Pride to all those who are out and especially to those who still feel like they have to hide who they are, from others or themselves. OZCC day 2!The biggest highlight of this day was being on the ‘cosplay is for everyBODY panel’! This topic is really important to me and I’m so thankful to have been given the opportunity to talk about it on stage! Big thank you to @barakarz for inviting me to join and to my fellow panelists: @werewolf_inc @shirokarai.cos @radariant and @zoe.elizabeth.cosplay you were all so amazing and I’m honoured to have shared the stage with you 🥰The entire weekend was so amazing, I’m definitely feeling the post con blues but the good memories that came from this weekend will continue to bring a smile to my face each time I think back on it!
