I kept saying “one day I’ll get back in the gym…” until I realized one day doesn’t exist unless you make it Day One. 💪🏾🔥 So here we are. Day 1 of getting stronger, getting healthier, and becoming the version of myself I’ve been talking about. No more waiting. No more excuses. Just showing up. 🏋🏾‍♂️ #DayOne #GymJourney #FitnessJourney #NoMoreExcuses #explorepage by @clt.kingjd

San Francisco, you were one for the books 🌉☀️ From exploring the city streets and taking in those iconic views to finding good food, slowing down, and just enjoying the moment with my wife, this trip was everything I needed. There’s something about being somewhere new that reminds you to step away from the routine, take it all in, and make memories along the way. Good views, good food, new experiences, and even better company — definitely a trip I’ll be thinking about for a while. Until next time, San Francisco. ✈️🌁❤️ #SanFrancisco #SanFranciscoTravel #California #TravelTok #anniversary by @clt.kingjd

Made a restaurant-style salmon dinner at home 🤌🏾🍽️ Crispy fried garlic, creamy mashed potatoes, and perfectly cooked salmon… yeah, this one was a 8.9/10 😮‍💨🔥 Would you try this?

POV: it’s Saturday and you decided to make a quick trip to the gym 🏀

Woke up, got dressed, grabbed my shoes, and headed out for a little pickup run. Nothing planned… just a few games, some buckets, and probably way more sweating than expected 😂

Just a simple Saturday in my life. ⛹🏽‍♂️

POV: You’re tired of showing up to an empty gym 😭🏀

That’s why I started using RunCheck 👀

Find runs happening near you, see who’s playing, connect with other players, and actually know what you’re walking into before you leave the house.

No more guessing. No more pulling up just to find nobody there. 😂

📲 If you hoop, you NEED to check this app out.
