Training Camp – Day 6 💪🌊

Another solid day of learning, pushing limits, and having fun.

This morning we hit the pool for a bungee board session, focusing on steady power. Then, as the sun started to set, it was time to put it all to the test with our ski time trial through the canals.

Every session is another opportunity to get a little stronger, a little faster, and a little better. Proud of the effort the team is putting in every single day. 🔥

🍺 R100 per person (tackle it by yourself or in a team)
🍺 First Whistle 30-45 minutes after the last event
🍺 Happy Hour from 19:00-20:00
