EDIT: FIRST BOOK SELECTED! Kicking off Jan 1st we are reading The Road to Tender Hearts by Annie Hartnett. For chapter discussions, book club chat, book selections follow the book club in Fable - link in bio πŸŒžβœ¨πŸ’« Finally kicking off the Club Glorious Book Club, a monthly reading feature on the show, and I need your recommendations for our January book! πŸ“š
This is loosely how its gonna work: * We’ll pick one book per month. * Reading happens from the 1st to the end of the month. * I’ll share a short check-in on the show (3rd Friday) with reflections, any messages from from readers, and one question to think about. * Mid-month and end-of-month updates will appear on here to keep the month on track and the discussions going. DM me or reply to this post with your book suggestions for January. All suggestions submitted will go in a hat and the winning book announced here on Christmas Eve and you will have right up until then to make suggestions. Any suggested books not selected will roll over to following draws. I will share the schedule for submissions, updates etc for subsequent months in the new year but for now our chosen read will starts Jan 1 Things to note: As people read at various speeds and to ensure everyone has enough time, please avoid suggestion any huge tomes. There is no pressure. If you drop off with reading for whatever reason that’s ok, it happens. :) All of the above is subject to change πŸ˜‚ let’s see how we go eh! Gloria x by @clubglorious

Beauts! It’s a @clubglorious + friends episode!! We have got a lovely jazzy 🎷little intro from yours truly and then it’s a My Mate Joe takeover. πŸ₯³. Regular listeners will know that Joe is a friend of the show and a very good friend of mine and we have recorded a couple of really fun episodes together in the past. This Fridays episode is slightly different however because for 90 mins Joe is steering the Club Glorious ship.
