Engineers. Runners. Cluj Connect Run Ambassadors.
They work on different products, solve different challenges and train in different ways.
But they all have one thing in common: after every race, they check the data.

So we asked them a simple question: What is the first thing you check after a race? by @clujconnectrun

Meet Chloé Thomas 🇫🇷 — one of our Cluj Connect Run by Garmin ambassadors!

For Chloé, running is about more than kilometres. It’s about people, new challenges, confidence, and discovering new places. 🏃‍♀️

An agricultural engineer from France currently studying to become a veterinarian, she’s explored trails from the Alps to the Carpathians — and found something special along the way: a community that brings people together.

“There’s something unique about sharing a run with passionate people while enjoying nature and simply being present in the moment. In Romania, I’ve especially enjoyed discovering such a welcoming community. People like Vezentan Laurentiu (@laurentiuvezentan) and Oana Marina (@oana.marina98 ) - both ultramarathon runners, have helped me feel at home and become part of the local trail running scene.” 🥳

Through running, Chloé is not only discovering Romania but also embracing a new chapter in life — combining professional reinvention with the challenge of ultra trail running.

We’re excited to have her with us at Cluj Connect Run by Garmin and to share her passion and journey with our community! 🏃‍♀️
