Our first crit spotlight: Elizabeth Cullen @celf.cullen ☆ Elizabeth Cullen is a Swansea based artist at the early stages of showcasing her artworks. Inspired by artists like Dorothea Tanning, her work often depicts the female experience. Recently, Cullen has been exploring a different avenue that focuses on the body. Using acrylic on canvas, Cullen captures the bodies of the modern world, entrapped in technology or disassociated in busy urban settings. How modernity interacts with the body is the key theme of Cullen’s current project, articulating the allusive relationship between mind and body. ☆ Wanna be our next featured artist? Present at our next crit session👩🏼‍🎨🍷Reserve your spot now via the link in our bio! #welshartist #swansea #celf #abertawe #swanseaart taken in Abertawe by @clwbcrit
