So I did a thing:

Masters Degree from Emory done.

But that’s not my win.

The win is who I had to become to finish it.

Discipline when I didn’t feel like it.
Focus when everything pulled my attention.
Execution when motivation was gone.

That version of me…
That’s what I’m taking forward.

#ExecutionOverEverything

Now the real work starts:

What did your last milestone actually change about you?

🔊: Iniko - The Kings Affirmation

Sometimes we get in our own way……with many ways, reasons, & excuses-we do it. I know for me I call it “Paralysis through Perfection.” Wanting everything to be so right, so “Perfect” that I don’t even start because I don’t want to look stupid in my mistakes…
You gotta just start and learn on the way. Roll with the punches. Make mistakes and do it just a little better next time. Put that pride to the side. Efficiency comes through experience and experience comes from doing. Without action there is no growth man! S/O to those on the daily grind to just be better!

This was about 2/3 weeks ago. Getting back under the rope from some injuries and a hospital visit that had me down for 4 months. Sheesh. Smh.

I was just starting to get my mobility, full range of motion back and starting to walk upright again. Let me tell y’all something about nerve damage.... 😱 and the BS that comes with it. 🤦🏾‍♂️ That sh*t is no joke but I’m moving around again 😎 And with some chiropractor visits, some physical therapy, and some cryo. I’m back under this Rope! Leggo! 💪🏾🔥🥶🔥💪🏾
