I have quite a few skincare products, but I’ve learned something important.🧴
more products doesn’t always mean better skin.

At my age, my focus is hydration, firmness, skin barrier, glow and protecting my skin from the sun.

In the morning, I start with a gentle cleanse, followed by my hydrating toner, my peptide booster and my Génifique serum.

Then I choose a treatment serum depending on what my skin needs that day.

I follow with my vitamin C cream to help keep my skin looking bright and hydrated.

And this little PDRN balm is one of my favourites for targeted areas like my smile lines, lips and neck.

But the most important step of my morning routine is SPF 50+.

At night, I don’t use everything together.

Some nights are for hydration and recovery, some nights are for retinol, and some nights I use my Reedle Shot.

And when my skin needs some extra love, I finish with my collagen night mask.

Because taking care of your skin isn’t about trying to look 20 again.

It’s about looking after the skin you’re in and feeling confident at every age. ❤️
