It’s a wrap! This weekend was one that will stand out. I had the opportunity to direct the amazing Annette Badland (Ted Lasso, Doctor Who, Eastenders) in the upcoming short film Feed, centring around the phenomenon of the age 65+ generations developing radical views through social media. Every single member of cast and crew was phenomenal in putting this project together, now it’s off to the editing room… Cast Joan: @annettebadland Chloe: @nicolastapletonofficial Michael: @tylerjorichardson Crew Producer / Director: @cmarchantwriter Writer: @mazyjanecreates Producer / Digital imaging technician: @jamesskinneruk 1st Assistant director: @kristina_ptitsyna Director of photography: @ezequielrg 1st Assistant camera: Raluca Radu Sound recordist: Blai Escayola Bosch Script supervisor: @sophieeash Production designer: @19butterbeerbaby Hair & Makeup artist: Meagan Edwards Production assistant / BTS: @laikaeuniceorajay taken in London, United Kingdom by @cmarchantwriter

As a team we are trying to get what a timely and impactful short film off the ground. Feed confronts the dangers of social media and its poisoning of political discourse and human relationships, and relates to countless conversations being had by families today. With all this in mind, we’ve put together a crowdfunding campaign to help get this film into existence. If you would be interested in taking a look, the link is in the film’s profile bio. by @cmarchantwriter
