Cardiff Met’s Wellbeing Transition event offers a welcoming and supportive introduction to life at Cardiff Met in a quieter environment. It gives students the opportunity to settle in, find out more about the wellbeing support available to them, and discover the services they can access throughout their time at Cardiff Met.

The Wellbeing Team helps students access specialist support and guidance, providing a safe and supportive space to talk about any challenges they may be experiencing and helping them find the right support for their individual needs.
