Not everyone takes the traditional route—and that’s okay. In this clip, we share how choosing not to go to college, leaning into what you already know, and being willing to get uncomfortable can open doors. She used her social media skills, landed her first account, and is already chasing her second.

Landlords: Stop Hiring $15 Handymen!

@cmg.services
@thegrumpycontractor_rei
@oldguyrei

Too many landlords and homeowners try to cut corners by hiring the cheapest labor they can find — but that almost always backfires. A $15 handyman might “fix” your garbage disposal, but won’t care if it leaks tomorrow. A reputable contractor or maintenance pro will go the extra mile, make it clean, and do it right the first time.

💡 As a landlord or property owner, you’ve got two real choices:
1️⃣ Pay for quality upfront.
2️⃣ Do it yourself.

Anything else will cost you more in the long run.

👉 Subscribe to Blue Collar Landlord for raw real estate truths and lessons you won’t hear from the gurus.

2025 Is NOT the Year to Wait—Buy Real Estate Now or Regret It

@cmg.services
@taggartteampgh

Flex Your Buying Muscle

They told you to wait. We’re telling you the opposite. If you’ve been studying, grinding, and watching the market, 2025 isn’t a trap—it’s a window. A rare one.

Michael Zuber of One Rental at a Time calls this the time to buy your “legacy deal”—the property that changes everything. This isn’t theory. It’s conviction.

Whether you’re a first-timer or scaling up, this video breaks down why 2025 might just be the best time to act.

📌 Subscribe. Share. Debate us in the comments—just don’t sleep on this.

They’re calling it the year to buy… but these two say it’s a trap.
From the Pittsburgh streets to California job sites — one beat cancer, the other watches buyers lose their shirts.

2025 might be the dumbest year to buy real estate — and they’re here to prove it.
🚨 We’re going LIVE tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11AM EST — don’t miss it.

Still stuck? The silence won’t save you.
Your worst enemy isn’t failure — it’s doing nothing.
Do it scared. Do it tired. Just do it.

When people ask me how it feels owning a Handyman Service Business…

🎶 I found God…
Somewhere between hauling junk, fixing fences in 110° degree heat 😵‍💫 It’s giving: stress, splinters, and silent cries in the Home Depot parking lot 💀🔧

Jk! Jk! It’s great! 🫠 I have a lot of fun! 😂😅
Jokes aside, this is one of my most rewarding professional journeys right next to real estate investing of course. 😅 Entrepreneurship is a roller coaster ride & I’m all for it!
