👟 MID/LATE STAGE ACL COD SESSION👟

Focus was geared towards getting the body into favorable positions to change direction. As the athlete gets closer to returning to sport, making sure they are confident performing these actions will help them perform agile movements more efficiently when reacting to their environment (players, boundaries, balls, etc).

Oakville to Asuncion to Bronze to “Clock it” 🤪👌.

Incredibly proud of this team for their podium finish in the first edition of rugby 7s in the Junior Pan American games. Such an amazing experience and group to work with. The energy they brought radiated every single day. Can’t wait to cheer them on through USPORTS and see them again in a Canadian jersey.

3 weeks. 2 tournaments. A special group of individuals and a silver medal to top it all off. Proud of the performance and growth this team showed over the time here in France.
