Had a great outdoor season, memories made and continued building riding skills. Didn’t think I’d ever see the kind of seat time I got this summer, riding twice, even 3X’s a week on some weeks. When you prioritize what you love to do, and don’t let anyone or anything get in the way, it will happen. Special thanks to the entire @switchbackmx staff for another well managed race series. First time @tntsportsmx last Friday. This is a really cool track at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds with good dirt, lots of different line options, and it made for some fun and competitive racing. It was a challenge to go somewhere new, learn the track as best as possible in practice, then race it. Looking forward to heading back again this season. Livin’ the life! I think we rode 6 times in the past two weeks, wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. Getting the seat time is bringing the fitness back and I’m getting the flow of the new @switchbackmx track layout, it’s awesome. Getting the big tabletop jump by the road was a major step to putting it all together. Cam is making progress learning the clutch on her GasGas MC85 bike while also getting her lap times on the indoor mini track down to the 1:02-1:04 range, a huge accomplishment from where she started the season at 1:20. taken in Switchbackmx, LLC. by @cmitch083

Rounds 4 and 5 @switchbackmx update. Outdoor racing is working its magic to kick my butt back into shape. Big improvement in lap times from round 4 to round 5. The new track layout throws a lot at you with the new elevation changes, tight cornering, and a cool rhythm section after the finish line tabletop. Can’t wait to spend more time on the track. Cammie is having a blast doing the indoor pit bike class and has gotten her laptimes from 1:20 down to 1:07 and is consistently battling with some other riders. Corner roll-speed drills have been the biggest factor to her improvements. Looking forward to July 4th 🇺🇸 and Round 6 already! Another awesome @switchbackmx Supercross Series and Indoor season comes to a close. Finished 2nd in the +40 class for the season, Cam finished 4th in the 110 4-Stroke class. There is No question, it’s a challenge to complete all 12 rounds with zero injuries, zero bike issues, and stay healthy through the winter months. Both of our Hondas and both of us were bulletproof, though. Not even hitting a bear with the van after round 6 and having to scramble to outfit a trailer mid-season slowed us down. Last couple of rounds of the @switchbackmx 2025/2026 Supercross season were a blast. Ended the season on a high note with first ever main event win and 2nd overall in the +40 class for the series. It was a much more challenging track than last year coupled with a more competitive field. But that also made it more fun to push technique improvement, bike setup, and focus. Made a lot of strides on starts this season. The 250 with @ridedunlop MX53’s was ripping some great starts. Thanks to all of our friends and competitors at the track for a great season, and of course the SwitchbackMX staff for a well run series and a great facility. Looking forward to outdoors but Indoors 26/27 is already on the mind. Stator side of the CR480R was “shockingly” clean. Installed a new crank seal as a preventative measure and removed the aftermarket flywheel weight to unleash all the unruly big-bore snap Honda intended. The end is in sight, stay tuned for final touches and first start! 5 weeks until first AHRMA race. by @cmitch083

CR480R clutch side was incredibly clean. Clutch stack is all well in spec. No wear on the basket, it may be the original plates! Also resolved a poorly done oil drain bolt “repair” that someone did previously. Used a “Time-Sert” and it came out great, the OE drain bolt can now be used. Replaced the crank seal for good measure too. Onto the ignition side now! by @cmitch083
