For the last 5 weeks I have had the pleasure of training these vibrant ladies. Just because we age doesn't mean we stop taking care of our bodies. Keep it up ladies! taken in Rowlett, Texas by @cmitchell80

Richardson Fit Co. is going under construction. There are some big changes in the works for my little company, starting with my new YouTube channel The Band Nerd. When things don't go the way you planned, don't give up, look at it from another angle and start over if you have to. Passion for fitness! ❤️✌🏼💪🏼 taken in Richardson, Texas by @cmitchell80

At 42 years old I didn't think that I would still be able to do this jump. I surprised myself. By making exercise a priority in my life, I have been able to keep doing things that typically get harder as we age.
When was the last time you surprised yourself? Comment below. 👇👇👇.
I would love to hear about it.
