One week ago, we stepped on stage for our third show of the season and my second opportunity to share the stage with my husband @aint.it.timbo We had an absolute blast, and I can’t say enough about how much I love sharing this era with him. We made a few tweaks this go-round, and I’m really happy with the results. I felt like my physique showcased nicely, and the glutes finally decided to join the party. THANK GOD! 😂 Jokes aside, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the impact of the small but intentional adjustments my coach is making. We’re learning, refining, and continuing to build with every show, and that’s what makes this process so exciting. 🏆 1st | 45+ 🥈 2nd | 40+ 5th | Open Next up, another show in about five weeks, with another opportunity to learn, improve, and fine-tune before shifting into my growth season in January. I’m excited for what’s ahead and even more excited about what we’re building. To everyone who continues to support us, hype us up, celebrate our wins, and show us genuine love and care: THANK YOU. We feel it, we appreciate it, and we’re grateful to have you in our corner. Nearly a week ago, I stood on a bodybuilding stage in front of hundreds of people and a panel of judges. Strangely, my mind was calm, my heart was ready, my soul already knew I belonged there. My internal nervous system, however, had a few opinions. The funny part is, this was never the plan. I just wanted jacked arms for my daughter’s wedding. Somewhere along the way, this stopped being about muscles. It became about discipline, choosing myself every single day, giving up alcohol, discovering what I was truly capable of, and proving that growth often begins with one unexpected decision. I never imagined I’d call myself a bikini athlete, but here I am. This journey has given me more than a physique. It’s given me purpose, incredible friendships, and a community built on grit, encouragement, and lifting each other higher. If you ever get the chance to surround yourself with bodybuilders, do it. They’re some of the best humans you’ll ever meet. The moment I’ll never forget happened on the treadmill two days before the show. I wasn’t crying because I was scared. I was crying because I realized I had already won. I had become someone I didn’t know I could be. Stepping on that stage as the strongest, healthiest version of myself was the victory. The medals were simply the icing on the cake. Thank you to Wally and Bernadette for introducing us to this incredible world, and to my coach, Ryan, for believing in me long before I could fully see it for myself. The best part? This is only the beginning. Four weeks until the next show. 💪✨ 1st Women’s Bikini - Masters 45+ 5th Women’s Bikini - Open Class E Coach: @ryan951er Posing coach: @jacki_ifbbpro Supplements: @jose_pn_temecula & @purenutritionca Body work: @fitbody.therapy Body contour: @beauty_bar_by_cari Suit: @radiant_physiquewear Heels: @theshoefairy_ Earrings: @glamcompjewelry Tan: @cheat_the_beach_tanning Makeup: @taylor_jazz Hair: @studioj.nole And there aren’t enough words of gratitude for my hype crew: @aint.it.timbo @j.briion @bernadetteannettephotography @ritz3019 @naynayhdz @wallysworld415 @jose_pn_temecula @brittanichey @eveeolution__ @_maile24_ @stellamowen @ed_gusman by @cmmancinas
And here we are… 4 weeks later. This time, I stepped onto that same stage with my husband, Tim, competing for the very first time, and our best friend Wally. And WOW. We all showed up SO good and did incredibly well in our divisions. I couldn’t be prouder of the three of us. But getting to experience this part of the journey with my good friend and ultimate best friend, my husband, was something I’ll never forget. There’s just something pretty damn special about chasing big goals alongside the person you love. Four weeks later, I walked onto that stage a different athlete. More confident. More certain. More comfortable knowing I deserved to be there. The judge feedback was incredibly positive and encouraging, and now we know what comes next. Grow those glutes. Give me all the carbs. I’m ready. 🍑🍚 Once again, I’m blown away by this bodybuilding community. The support from fellow competitors, judges, friends and strangers is unlike anything I’ve experienced. When one of us wins, we all win. And watching my husband step onto that stage for the first time? I’m so damn proud of you, Tim. I love this new marriage era we’re in. Apparently we’re adding bodybuilding partners to the list, and I’m here for it. And to our coach with the most, Ryan, we truly couldn’t have done this without you. You somehow know exactly what you’re doing and, apparently, exactly what our bodies are doing too. It’s a kind of magic I’ve never seen. Outside of my husband, and a few close friends, you’re at the very top of the list of people I trust. Thank you for believing in us, pushing us, and knowing when to push and when to pull back. So, here we grow again. 💪 🥇 Bikini Masters 45+ 🥇 Bikini Open C 🥈 Bikini Novice B Coach: @ryan951er Posing coach: @jacki_ifbbpro Suit: @radiant_physiquewear Tan: @cheat_the_beach_tanning Makeup/Hair: @taylor_jazz Bodywork: @beauty_bar_by_cari @fitbody.therapy @the_recovery_trip_ Hype crew: @aint.it.timbo @j.briion @bernadetteannettephotography @ritz3019 @naynayhdz @wallysworld415 @brittanichey @josebuilt2last @_maile24_ @salteeladee @jenna_kelly_lcsw @stellamowen @glitz.glam.gainz by @cmmancinas
This weekend was bigger than trophies, placings, or stepping on stage. It was about seeing the work finally come to life. I want to give a huge shoutout to my competitors Tim, Christine, and Wally. I’m beyond proud of each one of you. The stage only shows the final product. It doesn’t show the early mornings, the late nights, the meals you didn’t want to eat, the cardio you didn’t want to do, the sacrifices, the exhaustion, the self-doubt, or the discipline it took to keep showing up when nobody was watching. You trusted me as your coach, you trusted the process, and you represented TEAM 951 with everything you had. Watching my athletes step on stage is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching. I get to see the transformation long before anyone else does—not just physically, but mentally. I watched all three of you become stronger, more disciplined, and more confident throughout this prep. Tim. Christine. Wally. You earned that moment. You earned the right to stand on that stage. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. It’s an honor to coach you, and I couldn’t be more proud of the way you represented yourselves and this team. We celebrate this one… then we get back to work. There’s a difference between being ready for a show… and PEAKING PERFECTLY. 🎯🔥 When the weeks of dieting, training, cardio, posing, recovery, and discipline all come together at exactly the right moment — this is what you work for. Full muscles. Dry. Tight. Conditioned. Everything hitting exactly when it needs to. A perfect peak isn’t created overnight. It’s the finishing touch on MONTHS of execution. Every meal. Every workout. Every check-in. Every adjustment. Every time you chose the goal over the excuse. You don’t want to look your best a week before the show. You don’t want to look your best the day after. You want your absolute BEST when you step under those lights. 🏆 That’s the art of bodybuilding. TIMING THE PEAK. 🎯 #PeakWeek #Bodybuilding #ContestPrep #Team951 #ShowDay ARE YOU READY TO START YOUR JOURNEY❓ DM TO GET STARTED TODAY 📲 💥IN-PERSON TRAINING /ONLINE COACHING 💥DIET/NUTRITION PROTOCOLS 💥WEEKLY CHECKINS 💥100% ACCOUNTABILITY 💥COMPETITION PREP OnlineFitnessCoach OnlinePersonalTrainer BodyTransformation FitnessCoach OnlineCoaching by @cmmancinas

What an incredible weekend spent with my husband, our coach, and hundreds of competitors. More on that later. This picture captures the essence of why we’re doing this—FUN! Although it does beg the question, who did it better— Christine or Tim? 🤔 🙋🏼‍♀️ Let me know in the comments. And I guess this means I can bicep curl 175lbs? by @cmmancinas
Some moments mean more than a picture can capture. IFBB Pro and Olympian @phoebehagan_ finished an incredible 6th at this year’s Olympia, placing among the best bikini athletes in the WORLD. And today, her Pro win punched her ticket to the 2027 Olympia. What an incredible accomplishment! It was an honor to share the stage with her today, but getting to meet her was something special in its own right. I’ve followed her journey from afar on Instagram, and today a little dream came true. What makes it even better? She’s every bit as friendly, kind, and warm in person as she appears online. That means so much to new, aspiring athletes like me who are still finding our footing in this sport. Honestly, I was completely happy just getting to meet her. Then SHE suggested we take a picture, and how could I possibly say no? So, naturally, we’re basically friends now. Ha! Phoebe, congratulations on the win and your well-deserved return to the Olympia stage in 2027. I can’t wait to watch what you do next! by @cmmancinas
