If you would’ve told the young black king on the left that in 20 years he would be running his first 5K and finish 3.18 miles under 30 minutes. He might not have believed you. I have been on a journey of exercise & healthier living for two decades and I tell you today made me feel even more proud than you can imagine. It is never too early and it is never too late to start. Major s/o to @ngurunclub757 , my run club family. I have built up my endurance, confidence, consistency, dedication and determination to my healthier lifestyle due to joining them last year. I have been blessed to reach new heights and they have played a significant part. Black Man, let’s not take our health for granted . We can take control…You just have to want it really really bad and yes it will be hard but never impossible! #ChikFila5K #RunClub #DMV #VA #757 #Hampton #NewportNews #BlackMan #BlackMenRun #Dedication #YesWeCan #Blessed #Grateful #Thankful taken in Newport News, Virginia by @cmoses____

This what 25 year + solid brotherhood and friendship look like. Through the ups/downs, the good and bad, to the times where we wasn’t there physically but only a call away and to the times we would show up for each other when it mattered most. Love you my brother. Thank you for being my day one! Enjoy yours bro. More life more blessings and more happiness on the way! @icequbedagr8 36 in this thang called life!
