Fox has released the official global trailer for the reimagined revival of legendary action drama, Baywatch. I have edited it and added graphics. The iconic beachfront series is returning in January 2027
First hitting screens in 1989, Baywatch became one of the most-watched shows in the world, airing in more than 200 countries and at its peak reaching more than a billion viewers weekly. Its global appeal helped define beach culture for generations. Its rebooted return, with 12 action-packed episodes, will celebrate the franchise’s enduring legacy, while re-energising it for today’s global audience.
Fans can expect all the adrenaline-fuelled rescues, tangled relationships, complicated chemistry and beachside heroics that defined the original – now with a new cast, contemporary trappings, tensions and challenges, and a renewed mission to save lives along Southern California’s coastline.
The new version of Baywatch finds wild-child legacy character Hobie Buchannon (Stephen Amell) serving as a Baywatch Captain, following in the footsteps of his legendary father, Mitch. Hobie’s world is turned upside down when his daughter Charlie Vale (Jessica Belkin) shows up on his doorstep eager to carry on the Buchannon family legacy.
The series also stars Hassie Harrison as Nat, Shay Mitchell as Trina, Thaddeus LaGrone as Brad, Noah Beck as Luke, and Brooks Nader as Selene. In recurring roles, Livvy Dunne will make her acting debut as Grace and David Chokachi will reprise his original series character of Cody Madison. Erika Eleniak will also reprise her original role as Shauni McClain as a guest star.
Baywatch is co-produced by Fremantle and FOX Entertainment with Matt Nix (Burn Notice, The Gifted) serving as showrunner and executive producer alongside executive producers McG, Michael Berk, Greg Bonann, Doug Schwartz, Dante Di Loreto and Mike Horowitz. McG will direct the series premiere episode. FOX Entertainment Global holds all domestic distribution rights, and Fremantle manages all international sales. The deal was brokered by Fremantle’s Jamie Lynn, EVP, Co-Production & Distribution, EMEA, and Lucy Criddle, Director of Acquisitions and Strategic Projects, for Sky. taken in Will Rogers State Beach by @cmpproductions1

Oscar winning lyricist Don Black returns to the West End with the most ambitious incarnation of From The Heart yet – a musical revue of new songs and much-loved favourites. Refined and expanded following its acclaimed concert performances in 2025, and directed by Nick Winston, the production plays a strictly limited run of 15 performances at London’s Garrick Theatre this October 2026
Starring a powerhouse cast including Olivier Award-nominated Frances Mayli McCann(Bonnie & Clyde, The Great Gatsby), soap royalty Shona McGarty (EastEnders, I’m a Celebrity …Get Me Out of Here 2025), internationally celebrated star Caroline O’Connor (Chicago, Mack and Mabel), Olivier Award winner Clive Rowe(Hadestown, Guys and Dolls) and West End and Broadway star and two-time Olivier Award nominee Michael D. Xavier (Sunset Boulevard, Into The Woods).
At every show a surprise special guest will take to the stage before the evening culminates in a spectacular medley of some of Don Black’s most iconic songs, including classics Born Free, Ben, Love Changes Everything, With One Look, To Sir With Love, and As If We Never Said Goodbye, as well as a special salute to his long history with James Bond, from Diamonds are Forever, Thunderball, The Man With The Golden Gun, to The World is Not Enough.
With an extraordinary career spanning more than five decades, Don Black has produced some of the world’s best-loved songs for film, TV and theatre, from Aspects of Love and The Italian Job, to five James Bond themes. From The Heart brings together the songs, stories and collaborations that have defined his lyrical life in his most complete theatrical celebration to date.

The First Super Bowl I ever watched was in 1985 Super Bowl XX when the Chicago Bears won. I remember the passion he had during the entire game guiding his team to victory. #rip #mikeditka #SuperBowlXX taken in London, United Kingdom by @cmpproductions1
