⚡️M.O.B. 2027!

Clear mission. Clear standards.

Accountable to the standards and the TEAM!

Every year on our Senior Retreat our seniors come up with a motto for the year based on their 4 years of commitment to the program. This one is all about having a clear vision of where we are going and how we will get there. It’s process focused not outcome driven. It’s a daily commitment to the standards that have been set by this team and the program.

Here are some previous team mottos that still live on in the program today! HEAT, NOW, TWU, DMGB, WIN TODAY, ONE MORE, OTM, RIGHTNOW. by @cnumenslax

We were honored to welcome Pat from the HEADstrong Foundation to campus and spend time learning about the mission behind an organization that has become such an important part of the lacrosse community.

We also had the opportunity to recognize the William “Willy” Donaldson Service Award, an award presented to a member of our program who demonstrates an exceptional commitment to serving his teammates, his community, and the values of a Captain. This year’s recipient, Colin DeGrassi, chose to donate his award to the HEADstrong Foundation.

In honor of Colin’s commitment to service and the spirit of the award, $1,000 will be donated to HEADstrong to support their continued work in the lacrosse community.

Thank you to Pat and HEADstrong for spending time with our team and reminding us that what we do off the field matters just as much as what we do between the lines. #CNU #CNULACROSSE #GoCaptains #HEADstrong by @cnumenslax
