We want a world with more middle housing in it.

In Miami you either squeeze into an apartment or condo, or you drive way out or pay astronomical numbers on the water. Nobody is building ambitious, design led middle housing that takes advantage of zoning and sits in an opportunity zone. That is why we built TRINITY. Miami has been ahead of its time for awhile now.

Through Miami 21, the city embraced thoughtful density and created opportunities to build more housing in places many don’t even realize is possible.

Hopefully one day we can contribute by helping create practical, developer-friendly guides that make the permitting process easier to navigate while preserving the vision that makes Miami unique.

An incredible evening with an even better group of people.

Pulled up to the site today and had a moment

Not long ago, this part of the Design District and Buena Vista was quieter chickens in the street, small homes, a different time

Now you see growth
investment
evolution

Standing here, I’m just looking at the exterior

the scale of the garages
the size of the windows
how it all sits from the street

We spent 6 to 12 months designing this
studying every elevation, every line, every proportion

And now… it’s different

We’re not looking at drawings anymore
we’re looking at something real

Same vision
just in a different form

One of the most important parts of development is knowing when to step back.

You give the construction team the space to create value on site.

Then you walk the site, take a look around, and make sure everything looks the way it needs to look.

That balance matters.

Today we spent time inside, making sure the work is where it needs to be and the standards stay high.

And here’s something most people don’t realize.

In this city, a building permit is often worth more than the land itself.

Permits represent time, patience, and persistence.�They represent the right to build.

That’s why we protect the process.�That’s why we respect the craft.

Some developments begin with blueprints.

Ours began with a neighbor who cared enough to invest in the block.

Before Trinity ever broke ground, our neighbor, the Miami Jewish Health Center, made meaningful improvements to this street.
Large sidewalks. Public art. Street lighting. Infrastructure that made the neighborhood safer, brighter, and more welcoming for everyone.

These are the qualitative pieces of buying a lot that often go unnoticed, but matter the most.
And they are a big reason why Trinity was so attractive to us from the very beginning.

They didn’t just build for themselves.
They built for the community.

Because of that vision, Trinity was able to step into a foundation that was already strong.

We’re grateful to be here.

At Trinity, we started with our major anchor in our neighborhood, and our proximity.

A short walk connects you to the rhythm of the Design District; the best restaurants miami has to offer, art, fashion, and culture all within walking distance.

We didn’t choose this location by accident.

We chose it because neighborhoods that bring people together tend to stand the test of time.

For us, desirability isn’t hype.
It’s walkability.
It’s energy.
It’s being exactly where life is happening.
