Ive seen @smashingpumpkins live 25 times, and @chamberdrums executed his best drum solo I have ever seen live. This is just 1 minute of his 4-5 min solo. The crowd was going bonkers! #bestdrummerever #beast 🤯 🥁🔥 It was such an #amazingconcert filled with the best crowd ever! #youngandold taken in United Center by @coach.bucklar

Coaching is a privilege which I will never take for granted. It gives me an amazing opportunity to mold character, build confidence, and witness players achieve things they never thought possible through passion, discipline, & grit.

When I made the choice to get clean & sober, I feared that I would never feel normal again. The beautiful truth is that I'm not normal, and that's OK. I'M JUST ME. I'm intense, passionate, energetic, and gritty. I have deep love & loyalty for my family, my peeps, and to all the players I have coached or mentored ♏️.
#Recovery has given me freedom and the confidence to live in the present moment, trust God's will, and to just be ME. I strive to be a positive influence with everyone I come across.
Being 12 years clean & sober is an incredible milestone. However, it's one day at a time. I hope my story and this milestone can help just one person struggling with addiction, depression, and/or alcoholism, and they #choose to get the help they need. #love #hope #faith
