Allow me to reintroduce myself…

I’m not here to show off a transformation. I’m here to show you what rebuilding actually looks like.

My resume is stacked!

I’m a founder.
I work in longevity.
I coach strength.
I educate & certified on peptides.

But more than anything…
I’ve rebuilt my own body.

The last few years weren’t easy.
Spinal surgery.
Hormones all over the place.
A full life reset.

There was no quick fix.
No shortcut.

It was showing up…
even on the days I didn’t want to.

Fixing my nervous system.
Getting stronger again.
Learning my body instead of fighting it. Using the right support when I needed it.

That’s it.

And over the 25 years I helped thousands other women do the same.

Not to look a certain way…but to actually feel good in their body again.

I’m not chasing younger.
I just keep getting better with age 😉

If you’re in that place where you know something has to change…start there.

Train smart. Age strong.

For a long time, I believed what I was told by the “experts.”

After my surgery, I was told my life would never really go back to normal. That I would have limitations.
That this was just part of getting older.
That this was probably as good as it was going to get.

And the crazy part?

I believed them.

When you’re in pain, grieving the life you used to have, gaining weight, battling depression, and trying to survive the roller coaster of perimenopause, you stop questioning what people tell you.

You start accepting it.

I stopped trusting my body.

I stopped believing I could feel strong again.

I stopped believing I could get my life back.

The surgery was hard.

The grief was hard.

I’m mourned the old me.

But the hardest part was believing that this was it.

That this was my future.

Thankfully, something inside me refused to stay there.

Little by little, I started showing up for myself again.

Not perfectly.
Just consistently.
Doing the basic stuff… Doing the boring stuff.

One workout.
One walk.
One better choice.
One day at a time.
And repeat.

Stronger than I’ve been in years.
More confident.
More at peace.
More me.

Looking back now, I can see why God gave me this path.
Not because I would have chosen it. I can sit across from someone who feels hopeless in the thick of perimenopause and heading into surgery and tell them, “I get it. I’ve been there.”

I can show them that they have options.
That they can advocate for themselves.
That their story isn’t over.

So when people say, “Must be nice…”

They’re right.

It is nice.

It’s nice to have my life back.
🤍

There’s something beautiful about your wisdom years.

But no one talks enough about the shit-kicking it can take to get here. Through perimenopause. Into postmenopause.

There’s a window in there that so many of us fall into.
I called mine the “Mariana Trench”

It’s dark.
It’s deep.
It’s shadow work.

It’s the shit you’ve carried for years finally coming to the surface. The grief. The anger. The parts of yourself you put away while being everything for everyone else.

And there you are, trying to find yourself in a body that feels unfamiliar.

Some days, finding myself happens in the gym.
Other days, it’s lipstick, heels, and remembering how good it feels to dress for myself.

Soft & strong.
Feminine & masculine.
Gentle & powerful.

All of her. All of me.

Both exist.

Duality is real.

What I’ve learned, no textbook could teach me.
There’s no certification for living through this.
For finding your way back to yourself.

And the confidence that comes with that hard-earned wisdom?

Fucking priceless.

So if you’re reading these words from somewhere deep in your own trench…

Hang on.
She’s coming back.
This time on your own terms, she gets to decide who she becomes.

Something beautiful is coming.

Don’t you just wish it would happen …..just a little-bit?
🥜

That’s ok …. Even if they don’t understand and your lab work comes back “normal”
You really don’t have to suffer.

You just need to proper protocol - let’s talk.

You were all in for the first few weeks.

New plan. New groceries. New gym outfit. New you.

Then the scale slowed down.
The workouts stopped feeling exciting.
Life got busy.
And suddenly, “nothing works.”

No, babe.

You stopped working the plan.

Women over 45 don’t need another extreme reset. We need to lift, eat enough protein, walk, recover—and repeat that boring shit long enough to see it work.

Yes, your hormones matter.
Yes, your strategy may need to change.

But you still have to follow the damn strategy.

Before you buy another program, ask yourself:

Did the last one actually fail—or did I disappear when the novelty wore off?

Pick the plan.
Work the plan.
Stay long enough to fucking change.

For women 45+, healthy weight loss and strength training should work together.

The goal isn’t to ignore the scale or pretend fat loss doesn’t matter. If losing excess body fat supports your health, confidence and mobility, it can absolutely be part of the plan.

The problem is pursuing weight loss at the expense of muscle.

During perimenopause and menopause, we need a better strategy—one that supports fat loss while protecting the muscle that keeps us strong, capable and independent.

Muscle supports your:

• Metabolism
• Bone health
• Balance and mobility
• Insulin sensitivity
• Strength and independence

That requires a solid foundation:

Strength training.
Enough protein.
Quality nutrition.
Sleep.
Recovery.
Consistency.

Here’s the truth-peptides don’t replace these habits. When used appropriately with qualified guidance, they may support and optimize a strong foundation but they cannot build it for you.

The goal after 45 isn’t simply to weigh less.

It’s to preserve muscle and build a body that supports your longevity.

Foundation first.
Optimization second.
Train smart. Age strong.

Trying to figure it all out between foundation & optimization?

Woman to woman… let’s chat.

You want to look and feel younger but you are still looking for a “quick fix”. Well babe I hate to tell you…there is no quick fix.

It’s building the foundations that allow those tools to actually support you - for the long haul.

Strength training to build and preserve muscle.
Nourishing nutrition with enough protein.
Quality sleep.
Stress management.
Hormone-informed support.
And last—but definitely not least—intentional recovery.

You can’t biohack your way out of chronic stress, poor recovery and shitty nutrition.

Peptides, supplements and hormone support can be valuable tools, but they cannot replace the daily habits your body needs.

Perimenopause isn’t the beginning of your decline. It’s a season that requires a different strategy. One built around strength, nourishment, recovery and working with your changing body.

Build the foundation. Then optimize with intention.

Something is always better than nothing.

Don’t have time for a full workout?
Walk for ten minutes. Do a few squats while your coffee brews. Pick up your weights and complete one set.

Don’t have the energy to prepare the “perfect” high-protein meal? Add an extra egg. Grab some Greek yogurt. Drink a protein shake.

Feeling overwhelmed by everything you think you should be doing for your health?
Choose one thing you can do today—and do that.

So many women keep themselves stuck because they believe that if they can’t do the full workout, follow the perfect plan, or give 100%, it doesn’t count.

But it counts.

Especially during menopause, when your energy, sleep, recovery and capacity may look different from one day to the next.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You need to keep showing up.

Showing up today makes it easier to show up tomorrow. And those small decisions begin to compound into strength, confidence and a healthier life.

Do what you can with what you have today.

Consistency is built in the imperfect moments…not the perfect ones.

Foundation first. Optimization second.
Train smart. Age strong. ✨

Always said with love,

1️⃣ Start strength training.
Muscle supports your metabolism, bones, strength and independence as you age.

2️⃣ Prioritize protein and whole foods.
Build each meal around quality protein, fibre-rich carbohydrates and healthy fats to support energy and recovery.

3️⃣ Protect your sleep.
Create a consistent bedtime routine, keep your bedroom cool and reduce caffeine, alcohol and screen time later in the day.

4️⃣ Track your symptoms.
Write down changes in your cycle, sleep, mood, energy, hot flashes and possible triggers. Patterns can help you advocate for yourself.

5️⃣ Ask for professional support.
You do not have to struggle silently. Different therapies are available.

Perimenopause is not the end of feeling strong, energized or confident. It’s a signal that your body needs a different level of support.

Save this post and send it to a woman who needs the reminder. 🤍
