She left corporate at the peak of her career. Not because she was done — because she was just getting started.

Ishita doesn’t follow scripts. She follows every curiosity that calls her — from the ocean, to the soil, to the neuroscience of why smart people play small.

As a coach, she helps people break the patterns keeping them stuck — not with motivation, but by rewiring their limiting beliefs.

She co-founded an eco-village and thinks of herself as a tree — growing at her own pace, towards the light, in every direction.

Our first guest. For good reason.

I almost didn’t post this.
But that’s the pattern talking.
.
For 2️⃣ years I called it “preparing.” It wasn’t.
It was my brain protecting myself from the risk of actually starting.
.
😶‍🌫️ If you’re stuck in “just one more” - promotion, certification, sign you’re ready - you’re not planning. You’re postponing.
.
🤯And your brain will keep finding valid reasons to stay exactly where you are.
.
3️⃣ spots this week for a 20-min pattern mapping call.
DM me “PATTERN” if you want to see yours.

✅ Day 25/100

Quarter of the way in, a nod to the space where it all flows from. ✨

My office space is extremely sacred to me.

It’s where I create, share, have client breakthroughs, personal unlocks, experience the deepest emotions that entrepreneurship has brought about, and create magic everyday. 💫

This is where I sit with the hardest parts of myself, where I meet my own inner work each day.

This is where the bamboos and babblers and squirrels and koyels and mynas always keep me company.

This is where I lose myself to time.

This is the corner office I always wanted. ♥️

✅ Day 24/100

If you’ve been sitting on an idea and feeling sick that you haven’t started, this is for you.

Universe, I beg you to take this to the person who needs this most. Coz I believe all of us have such great ideas and we can get in our way so badly. It sucks, I know. But really, anything is possible. A-n-y thing!

So if you’ve been waiting for a permission slip - treat this as your sign. 🫶

Let’s go, we still have so much of this 2026 remaining. You got this! 😘 by @coach.ishita

✅ Day 21/100

There was this idea in my head growing up - that by mid 30s you’re supposed to have it all figured out and stay in your lane.

I’m 35, and I’ve spent the last few years doing the opposite. I walked away from a corporate career I’d spent 12 years building and started my own coaching practice. Mr. S and I are planting a forest. And I’m posting here every single day, something I put off for a long time because I wanted everything to be perfect first. Big lol 🥲

If I’m being honest- most of it, I’ve done scared. Before I was ready.

And in doing so I’ve learned that the fear won’t leave before you start. It comes along with you, and you go anyway. You treat it as data and eventually befriend it.

And feeling ready - that’s a myth, friends. If you’re like me, you’ll keep shifting the start line every time you come close to feeling ready.

So start and you’ll figure it out along the way, I promise. There is literally no other way.

If you think there’s something it’s too late for, this one’s for you. Save it for the day you need the nudge. 😗

What’s that one thing you’d start if age wasn’t a factor? Tell me please I’d love to know. And if there’s any way I can support to bring that idea to life, then please don’t hesitate to reach out. 💫

✅ Day 14/100

“What’s the matter with me” shows up on tired days, and on days when something I’m building is taking longer than I hoped. The moment I ask it, I start looking for the next thing to fix about myself, and there is always a next thing, isn’t it.

But “What matters to me” is a slower, more intentional and expansive question. It doesn’t hand me a to-do list. It asks me to notice what I keep coming back to and what I’d regret never trying.

Leaving corporate, starting my coaching practice and building Kaanan Kul all came from sitting with that second question long enough to act on it.

My hope for you is that you keep returning to the second question, every time you stumble into the first one. Coz blaming yourself is so easy, but listening to your (true) is the real game. Find your anchor in the wisdom of this question. 🫶

What’s that one area where you keep thinking “what’s the matter with me”.

✅ Day 13/100

My nerves shot up when I heard the collective experience of the group I was going to facilitate was 555 years. 😳 These were the crème de la crème of India’s top PSEs after all!

But everyone’s childlike curiosity and willingness to step out of their comfort zone really helped!

I’m excited to see where this takes me, and I’m so glad to my past self for always shooting the shot. I’ve done it so many times now, I’ve become immune to rejections and the few times when I do land my shot, something magical happens.

Also very grateful to have been able to contribute to ‘nation building efforts.’ Never thought I’d say something like this, but here we are. ☺️

For now I’ve earned a well deserved rest day! And it’s time to hit the pool.

✅ Day 12/100

Listen to me, a different life is possible - at any age, at any point in your life. For years, I believed a different kind of life was something you earn at retirement.

Until then, success had a very clear shape. The next title and a bigger mandate. I reached Marketing Director, I was good at work, and from the outside it all looked right.

But I had known for years that I wanted to coach. Every time that thought came up, the belief answered it for me: later, once you’ve done your time and have more experience. So I stayed and kept climbing. And operated from fear.

The belief only broke when I acted against it. I left at what looked like the peak, and the life I had been postponing turned out to be available now. It took courage and a fair amount of inner work. And it definitely did not need me to be 50.

People assume stepping off the ladder means turning down your ambition. But I’ve found it to be quite the opposite.

Mine expanded with me. It now goes into helping people rewire the patterns that keep them stuck, and into building Kaanan Kul, our regenerative agri-village.

These days I measure success by two things: whether my days nourish me instead of draining me, and whether my work leaves someone, or a piece of land, better off than it found them.

What’s the one thing you’ve filed under “after retirement”?

What would life look like if you chose to reinvent yourself?

✅ 10/100

Okay wow didn’t think this 100 day challenge will do this - my brain getting rewired in real time and doing things because I want to finish them, not because I want to perfect them. I’ve been so exhausted chasing my perfectionism and not finishing my creative projects.

So I’m stoked with this 100 day project - it’s difficult yes, but it’s given me a container I can stick to and show up without perfecting my make up, my look, my camera set up, or my thoughts.

Loving this for myself.

If you’ve been stuck trying to perfect a standard you’ve never described, I want you to know that this elusive pedestal you want to stand on doesn’t exist.

The standard you should try to set is to be actually doing the thing.

Taking this energy into my remaining 90 days. 💥

At 35 I finally figured out that fear is a terrible planner, and I learned that the hard way.

When I was deciding whether to leave my corporate career, fear handed me exactly two options.

I could stay and be safe forever, or I could leave and lose everything I had built in twelve years.

It induced binary thinking in me, and I spent a long time choosing between two futures that were never real.

Here is what I know now about what fear does when it plans:

It takes a 100 possible outcomes and shrinks them down to two, and then it turns one of them into a cliff.

It rehearses the worst case in so much detail that the rehearsal starts to feel like preparation. 😓

But the future I actually walked into looked nothing like either option.

Some of it was harder than I expected, yes; and a lot of it went in directions fear couldn’t have imagined, because fear plans from a place of scarcity.

Through my coaching experience ,I also learned that fear isn’t the all-consuming-enemy here, because guess what - it is genuinely trying to protect you.

The trouble starts when you let it chalk out a plan and you follow that without questioning binary thinking/choices.

So if you’re stuck between two options right now, ask yourself one question.

Who made this list: my resourceful self or my fearful self?

If the answer is fear, there are more options on the table than you can see right now. ✨

And if you keep landing on the same two options in life, that might just be a pattern.

The good part is that this can be worked on. Reach out if you’re curious to know more. 🫶

Is there a decision fear has been planning for you, and what were the two options it gave you?

✅ Day 7/100

What happens when you don’t know how to dream big?
Can you grow it as a muscle?
And till you can provide some evidence to yourself that you can, actually, dream wild things, what can you do instead.

I experienced this real time when my husband said something to me I would never dare to dream.

I still don’t think I can dream that big, but what I do know is that my curiosity has taken me to places, to rooms, to dreams I would never dare to imagine. And that has helped me tap into my hidden ambitions.

If you resonated with this story, I’d love to know what stood out?

And I’m so curious to know if you were taught how to dream big, how was that for you?

Have you ever dreamt *that* big, like 3000 acre big?
😅 How did that feel? What did you do about it?

Tell me please, I’m so, ermmm, curious to know! ☺️🫶 by @coach.ishita
