POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Everyone starts at a different stage.

Some athletes develop early.
Some athletes develop later.

At some point, it stops being about who matured first.

It becomes about who was willing to keep showing up and putting in the work.

DEFINE YOUR OWN PATH.

ACL.

More than just initials.

ASCEND.
COMPETE.
LEAD.

Three pillars that shape how we train, how we show up, and how we approach everything we do.

ASCEND — the discipline to improve, no matter the situation.
COMPETE — bring an edge to everything you do.
LEAD — show up for yourself and for others.

DYP — Define Your Path — is the system behind it.

Everyone’s journey looks different, but the standard stays the same.

Train with purpose.
Compete with intent.
Lead by example. by @coach.lemke
