Hiiii all! 🤍📣

I’ve been wanting to create a cheer-focused page for a while so I can really connect, share, and grow with this community—and I’m so excited to finally be here!

A little about me & my journey 🫶🏽
I initially grew up in gymnastics, then switched over to Allstar cheer at about 6 years old. I started in Allstar cheer at two D2 gyms and spent years at these gyms before heading to Cheer Athletics Austin where I was on Medium Senior 5 (now 6) & Small Senior 6 OnyxCats 🤍

I’ve also been so lucky to compete at some of the biggest competitions in the world 🌎✨ including CHEERSPORT, UCA, NCA, The Cheerleading Worlds, The Summit, NCA College Nationals, and the STUNT National Championships—experiences that shaped me so much as an athlete and a person 🤍

After Allstar, I cheered at Oklahoma State University on all-girl, small coed, and the STUNT team—where I won 3 STUNT national championships 1 NCA Collegiate national title and was a 4x Collegiate All-American 🧡🖤

Post-grad, I earned my Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and now work full-time as an occupational therapist in neuro inpatient rehab 🧠✨

While in Lubbock for my doctoral project, I created a training program to help coaches better support neurodivergent athletes and athletes with disabilities—and it’s truly my pride and joy. Getting to help build more inclusive, supportive teams means everything to me.

But still, my heart is in coaching & cheerleading 📣
I just finished my first year coaching at The Cheer Connection, and it was better than I could’ve imagined. I’m SO excited for what’s ahead!

I can’t wait to share more—coaching tips, athlete development, inclusivity, and some fun throwbacks so you can get to know me better 🤍

Let’s grow together 🫶🏽 by @coach.maddee

Year 2 and I couldn’t be more excited! 🤍✨

So excited to announce that I’ll be serving as Team Director for TINY TORCH, Tiny Novice 1 🔥, while coaching IONIC Mini Prep 1.1 ⚛️ & J.RAYS, Junior 2 ☀️

I’m especially grateful because these teams were chosen with so much intention, and I truly believe each team was built with purpose. I can’t wait to build relationships with these athletes, help them grow in and out of the gym, and create such a special year together.

Ready for an unforgettable season 💙⚡❤️📣 taken in The Cheer Connection by @coach.maddee
