The people I work with are often:

• Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or burned out
• Struggling to build consistent habits
• Navigating a major life transition
• Feeling disconnected from themselves or their purpose
• Wanting greater clarity, confidence, and direction
• Aware of what needs to change, but finding it difficult to take action

Many already know what they “should” be doing.

What they’re missing isn’t information.

It’s support, accountability, self-awareness, and a space to explore what’s getting in the way.

Through coaching, I help people better understand themselves, align their actions with what matters most, and make meaningful, sustainable changes that improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

If you’ve been feeling like something isn’t quite right, or that you’re meant for more than simply getting through each day, coaching may be worth exploring. taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @coach.me.up

I’m excited to share that I am accepting new clients for 1:1 coaching through ME Coaching!

I’ve been coaching and supporting people through personal growth, self-discovery, and life transitions for 15 years, and starting ME Coaching as my private coaching practice is a humbling next step on my path of service to others.

Therapy is usually what comes to mind when we think about seeking professional support. While coaching and therapy overlap in some ways, coaching is focused on exploring who you are today, who you want to become, and the consistent steps needed to move toward that vision over time.

Imagine having a personal coach helping you through seasons of challenge, growth, and success. Someone dedicated to holding space for reflection, helping you chart a course forward, and supporting you as you create meaningful change. A coach can help you reconnect with your values, challenge unhelpful beliefs, find your motivation, and stay accountable to the vision you have for your life.

As your coach, I walk alongside you in any stage of life, serving as a consistent resource and confidential thought partner when you feel off-track, overwhelmed, or inconsistent with the choices you want to be making.

As a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, my approach draws on evidence-based practices from behavior change theory, positive psychology, mindfulness, lifestyle medicine, and holistic wellbeing. My coaching style is compassionate and empowering, and you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental partnership where we focus on what matters most to you.

If this resonates with you, please reach out for a complimentary consultation.

And if you’d like to support me and my work, I would be honored if you followed along and connected me with people in your life who may need support.

With sincere love and gratitude,

Before the world and circumstance told you who to be, you might have been more...

Curious.
Creative.
Sensitive.
Energetic.
Present.
Outgoing.
Free.
Secure.

Then life happened.

Growing up.
Expectations.
Pressure.
Survival.
Fear.
Heartbreak.
Responsibility.
Performance.

Slowly, many of us learned to be who we needed to be to get by, and further away from our authentic selves.

We became disconnected from...
Our intuition.
Our emotions.
Our needs.
Our God.
Our-selves.

ME Coaching exists to help people increase their self awareness of who they truly are, what they want, and what's no longer working. And as your coach, I partner with you to create structure and provide support to inspire consistent action toward the life you want.

I work with people who are stuck in that gap.

Self-aware, but inconsistent.
Capable, but overwhelmed.
Wanting change, but struggling to sustain it without burning out or abandoning themselves in the process.

Maybe growth is more about returning to yourself enough times that you can finally stay.

We all have one. The voice in our head that says we’re not enough, didn’t do enough, or don’t have enough.

It develops over time through conditioning and habit - an inner critic that thinks it’s keeping us motivated, in line, and not too comfortable.

But it also steals our joy and our presence, keeping us in our heads, always asking “what’s next?”

Many of us can’t imagine life without it. The thought of being kinder to ourselves feels like everything could fall apart.

But what if it didn’t? What if challenging the automatic negative thinking - and replacing it with something more supportive - is how we actually find the clarity and peace we’re looking for?

Like any muscle, the mind can be trained. With conscious intention, we can learn to notice these patterns and confront them, instead of running on autopilot.

It’s an act of self-compassion, becoming mindful of your negative thought patterns in this way - relieving yourself of unnecessary suffering by not accepting them as truth.

What would be possible for you if your mind were a little quieter, and a little kinder taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @coach.me.up

Who is deciding the course of your life?

At church recently this question was posed to the audience. It was an opportunity to reflect on what influences are we allowing to determine our choices. To inform our sense of self. In this context, God is offered as the guiding force to lean on. The spirit within us all that’s helping steer your unique soul.

And even if you don’t believe in God, do you acknowledge that each of us have a unique signature? A soul within a unique calling and inner knowing. An awareness of what lights you up or gives you a clear “no” in your gut.

We are highly influenced by everything around us and when we lose touch with ourselves and our values and our deeper desires, we let the world steer us into a wall. We feel stuck in comparison losing touch with what makes us uniquely… us. Our parents, our peers, our social media models, all the external noise overshadowing the subtle hum of your spirit.

Coming back to yourself really is the takeaway here. When the noise of who we should be is tuned out, and we connect with what is true for us, what do you see?

I’d love to help you see it. To give you the space to question what’s really you and what you’ve been conditioned to want and believe about yourself.

Much of our day is spent on autopilot.

Moving into the next thing the same way we did it yesterday.

Reflection, intention, and self-awareness get pushed aside to keep up with the pace and distractions of everyday life.

And we get stuck in this unconscious place if we don’t create opportunities to come out of it.

I’ll invite you to try it now.

Ask yourself:

What are you avoiding?

You likely feel a pull to avoid the question and the discomfort it brings.

But see if you can sit with it for a moment.

Connect with yourself.

What comes up?

Maybe it’s...

The habit you keep saying you want to start.

The dream you’ve convinced yourself is too unrealistic.

The self-care you need to prioritize.

The reality that you’re drifting from who you want to be.

Avoidance feels like protection, until it shows up as burnout, illness, or depression.

Scrolling.
Staying busy.
“You’ll do it later.”

We’ve got plenty of tools to keep us distracted from ourselves.

But what helps bring you back to yourself?

The best tool I’ve found is working with a coach.

Scheduled time to redirect yourself back toward yourself.

A space to face what’s been holding you back and commit to a path forward.

The question about avoiding can feel like you’re being called out.

But when your ego calms, you know the truth is that you’re being called forward.

And we all need that.

Because self-awareness + self-responsibility is the path to our greatest potential.
