“Wax on, Wax off” with my Young Pro Big Champ‼️⚔️
FIGHT FOR Milliseconds‼️

Why Short Drive Steps Important:

-Helps you Win your “Point of Attack”
-provides MAX Power & Strength when engaging Defender
-Builds Forward Momentum
-Prevents “Lunging”
-Helps Defend Finesse moves

Train getting to your destination quicker than your Opponent.

“Wax on, Wax off” with my Young Pros‼️⚔️

“Loading your Hands” is overcompensation and wasted movement‼️It delays your Get-off and exposes your chest to your defender. Trust your lower Body strength & master your footwork mechanics. Quicker movement produces MORE POWER‼️🦾
