Honored to officially announce that I’ve been named Head Coach of the East Brunswick High School Boys Basketball Program!

I want to begin by thanking Colts Neck High School for the opportunity to start my coaching journey. I’m especially grateful to coaches Steve Jannarone and Stephen Russell for teaching me what it truly means to build a successful program. The lessons I learned under their leadership have prepared me for this opportunity, and I’ll always be thankful for the impact they’ve had on my career. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have worked alongside them.

I’d like to thank the East Brunswick community for trusting me with the program. I don’t take this responsibility lightly. My goal is to build a culture rooted in accountability, toughness, daily improvement, and FAMILY. My staff will work relentlessly to make our players, program, and community proud.

I’m excited to get to work and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.

Success isn’t just about wins. It’s about leaving every gym better than you found it. Success is leaving young men more confident and prepared for life than before you coached them.

There’s something special about representing Colts Neck Basketball and at times it’s hard for me to put into words.

What I do know is I’m blessed to be part of this culture and family. 🐾

Thank you to the best group of seniors a coaching staff could ever ask for. Your dedication, hard work and leadership made this season unforgettable. I genuinely love you guys! ❤️

It was a privilege to play a small role in your journey towards history. You’ve set the bar high for the freshman class and your legacy will inspire future cougars for generations to come. Wishing you all nothing but endless success in everything you do moving forward!

Thank you coach Jannarone, coach Russ, and John Paul. I’ve been fortunate to learn from all of you and could not have landed in a better place to call home. I am part of the greatest coaching staff in the world. Thank you to our athletic director, principals, teachers, and custodians. Also, a HUGE thank you to cougar nation for all the support throughout the season. We couldn’t have done it without you packing the Den and Jersey Mikes Arena.💚🩶

Coaching became more than just something I do. It became my passion.

Every practice, every interaction, every moment with these kids reminds me why I love what I do. Watching them grow, helping them believe in themselves, and shaping the next generation through this game I love is something I’ll never take for granted. 🏀

It’s a privilege to lead, to teacher, and be a small part of their journey. I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to make an impact.

First fall season tournament in the books for 5 Strong and these boys did not disappoint. They’ve benefited a lot from tough losses in the MJBL playing 2 grades up.

My message to them was simple. Embrace your winning season! There’s a lot to be proud of! In doing so, do not get complacent. You can be one of the best today and average a few years from now. Continue doing the work and approach each day as an opportunity to improve.

@hoopgrouphq Thank you for having us!

🏆 CHAMPS AGAIN 🏆

4 Gold takes home their 3rd Zero Gravity title this season. Proud of this group and the way they compete on both ends of the floor!

I truly believe this is one of the best 4th grade teams in the state and it’s a real privilege to teach them so early on in their young careers. We’re just getting started! 🟡⚫️

4 Gold continues to show and prove on the big stage. The best compliment of the weekend was from a referee who said he’s never seen kids this young move the basketball as well as we do. A true testament to our guys buying into playing together which is what we preach.

The boys get back to work today to build on good habits, work on areas that need improvement, and continue their spring season momentum. 💛🖤 @goupstrong
