We’re heading to Murray State this Saturday! 🏈🐎

Looking for some DOGS who are serious about playing football at the next level!

I’ll be taking a group of athletes up for a recruiting visit, and there’s an opportunity for other prospects to attend as well.

Interested? Shoot me a message and I’ll get you the details! 💪🏾

Our Kids Still Need Us! ❤️🙏🏾

I hear people say all the time that kids aren’t the same anymore.

But I believe we have to look at ourselves, too.

Are we giving them the guidance they need? Are we teaching them, holding them accountable, encouraging them, and setting the right example?

I’ve always believed there’s more in our young people than what we sometimes see on the surface. But it takes adults who are willing to invest the time to help bring it out.

We can’t expect the next generation to become better if we’re not willing to do our part in developing them.

Our kids need leadership, not labels.

Sports is the vehicle. Discipleship is the mission. ❤️🙏🏾

We’ve been busy grinding lately! 💪🏾🏈

Super proud of Cam Robinson (2028 OLB) for getting out and making connections with the coaching staff at Chattanooga today!

One thing about recruiting: If they don’t know who you are, how can they recruit you?

We’re going to keep knocking on doors and creating opportunities! 💯

Becoming Who I Needed Growing Up ❤️🙏🏾

This morning, Ecclesiastes 3:12–13 really spoke to me.

The Lord has blessed me with a story, experiences, and opportunities to become somebody I needed growing up.

A lot of what I do today comes from things I wish I had when I was younger. A trainer, somebody to help me navigate recruiting, a mentor, and consistent leadership.

Now I get to be that for somebody else. I get to coach young people, build relationships, create opportunities, and help them grow beyond sports.

And man, I genuinely love what I do!

There’s joy in doing good, serving others, and enjoying the work God has given us. That’s a gift in itself, and I’m thankful for it! ❤️🙏🏾

Proud of My Boy! ❤️💪🏾

Made the trip down to Northeast Mississippi tonight to support my boy Micah Pledger! We’ve been through a lot together, and man, I can’t even explain how proud I am of this young man!

Got to watch him compete and come away with a 28-24 win in the final seconds! What a game! 🔥

We still got work to do, and the journey is far from over, but moments like this right here bring me so much joy!

Love, my boy! Keep going! ❤️💪🏾

Love seeing this young man continue to grow and create opportunities for himself! 💪🏾🔥

I’ve been working with Cam for a while now, from athletic development to helping him navigate the recruiting process, communicate with college coaches, and prepare for the next level.

Yesterday he was at Middle Tennessee connecting with their staff!

Appreciate Coach Will Chapman and the Middle Tennessee staff for taking the time to connect with us! 🤝🏾

2028 OLB/S | 6’4” | 218 lbs | Verified 4.6 speed

Long, athletic, versatile, and plenty of room to continue developing his frame. I believe this young man has legitimate FBS potential!

Proud of you, Cam! Keep working, my guy! 💪🏾

Parents, need help navigating the recruiting process? DM me “RECRUITING” and let’s put together a game plan!

Yesterday, while spending some time training with my son, the Lord really placed something on my heart.

As parents and coaches, sometimes we focus so much on what our kids aren’t doing that we overlook the responsibility we have to help them grow.

Our words matter. The way we speak to them matters. We can correct them, challenge them, and hold them accountable while still building them up.

Let’s be intentional about speaking life into our children and helping them become all they’re capable of being. ❤️🙏🏾

💪🏾 LOOKING STRONG DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE ATHLETIC! 👀

There’s a BIG difference between bodybuilding and athletic development!

Building muscle is great, but as an athlete, your training should help you RUN faster, JUMP higher, MOVE better, and become more EXPLOSIVE! ⚡

Strength matters! But the real question is, does what you’re doing in the weight room transfer to your sport?

At Pro1, we don’t just build muscle. We BUILD ATHLETES! 💪🏾🔥

Sometimes we get so caught up thinking about what we used to have or what we wish we had that we overlook the blessings right in front of us.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting more out of life, but don’t let what you’re chasing cause you to lose appreciation for what God has already given you.

Take a moment today to appreciate where you are, the people in your life, and the opportunities in front of you.

There’s so much to be thankful for and even more to look forward to! ❤️🙏🏾

Speed ain’t just about moving fast! 👀

One thing I teach my athletes is how to stay relaxed, smooth, and under control when they move.

A stiff upper body and poor posture can affect running mechanics. That’s why we focus on teaching proper movement before adding speed!

Fundamentals first. Then we BUILD! 💪🏾🔥

Parents, your athlete doesn’t have to wait until they’re older to start learning how to move correctly. Let’s get them developing NOW!
