"Be realistic" is a phrase I've heard frequently over the years

But its all about the little things and experiences

The big 'what if?', during my UEFA B assessment last season.
What if we can't play through?
What if we can't attack this way?
What if the opponent is pressing high, or in a block?

Giving players problems and solutions, ready for the fixture at the weekend ⚽️

We need to create problems to coach solutions!
