The most powerful leadership style is leading with love.

Not soft love.
Not naïve love.

The kind of love that tells the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.
The kind that holds people accountable, because you see what they’re capable of.

Fear can produce short-term results.
But only love produces commitment.

When people know you truly care about them, not just their performance, they trust you.
And when they trust you, they follow you.

Even when it’s hard.
