Texas on fire 🔥

Class 376.

Engine 5.

Met some incredible blokes and made some lifelong mates.

Two of the most humbling intense weeks of my life.

Keep showing up, Work hard, stay humble, be a team player and anything is possible for you in this world.

A year of studying, sacrifice and blood sweat and tears to get here.

Forever proud.

Thanks to everyone that supported me through thick and thin. You know who you are. ❤️😮‍💨

God bless Y’all 🇬🇧 🇨🇦 🇺🇸

Start off the day with some zest and spice 😍

Ginger and turmeric with some honey is brilliant for boosting that immunity and keeping you resistant to potential colds that are going around. Also has been shown to offer anti-inflammatory responses in the body.

Instead of spending 7-10 bucks on a premade shot - make your own.

What you’ll need -

Ginger root. 🫚

Turmeric powder. ❤️

Honey. 🍯

Lemon juice. 🍋

Orange juice. 🍊

Apple juice. 🍏

Heres how —>

1. Add chopped ginger root (as much as you’d like), turmeric powder (2-4 Tsps) splash of lemon juice, couple tablespoons of honey and half apple/orange juice to a blender.

2. Blend it up for 30 seconds to a minute.

3. Pour into a sieve over top of a glass, measuring jug, or something to catch your beautiful rich liquid. (If you don’t sieve it, you’ll have the skin of the ginger to chew and swallow- not the nicest 😂)

4. Take your finished liquid and pour into a bottle or mason jar for safe keeping.

5. Whack it in the fridge until you want to consume and bam there you go.

You’ll save lots of money doing this. I made a batch which will last a week for less than 10 dollars.

Full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

Bosh. 👊🏻

Work on something.

Always be working on something.

The path won’t always be linear. Others around you may find success before you do.

That’s totally fine.

Don’t let that discourage you. You are you…on your own journey.

You run your own race.

Show up even when you don’t want to and keep working your arse off.

Patience and intention. Your dreams and goals require work.

Get that work done and leave nothing to chance.

Bosh 👊🏻

My mates made me the unofficial leader of the little Weiner club.

They gifted me this incredible t shirt. 👀 for my bday.

Guess I’m here representing all the lads in the little wiener club for this coming hyrox.

Little wieners but big balls.

You’ll need a pair if you want to suffer.

Bosh 👊🏻🤣

If you can be one thing today.

I urge you to.

Remain positive as much as possible. Smile and laugh. And go be a legend.

Oh….and listen to your favourite music.

Have a great day 👊🏻

A program is a program.

However, it must serve the individuals needs.

Things to consider…

Age/demographic.
Previous injury history.
Previous training history/experience.
Schedule/timeline.
Goals.

If a coach is cookie cutting your program from client to client..chances are it’s not individually serving your needs.

Bosh. 👊🏻

We hustlin.

Life is about balance yes.

But when you want something…you gotta work your ass off for it and that will come with sacrifice in one from or another.

You set out your goals. Then you must set out the work needed. Then you must execute.

We keep going. Don’t compare to others. Run your own race…worry about what you can control.

Go be Great 🧱❤️
