Sophia has been working hard to increase her execution, improve her performance and smash her landings… she showed all of this today in her passes and demonstrated confidence and calm on the floor 🎉

Sophia is always great fun to have on the team and today could be spotted having a wee dance between her turns and really enjoyed her day - it’s important to appreciate the fun of having Sophia on the team and seeing her progress and develop is exciting - we look forward to next year 🎉⭐️💪

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 SCOTTISH CHAMPIONSHIPS ROUND UP 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Millie joined us fairly recently and was keen to rediscover some of her existing skills and to build her confidence in a new environment 🫶

Working well in gym and settling in and getting to know her new team and gel with her teammates - she has had some really positive sessions and this weekend she showed what she’s capable of on the competition floor.. ⭐️

Millie has demonstrated her hard work and skills this weekend that allows her to start her next chapter to build for next year 💪 a huge shoutout to @dynamitegymnastics who have played a massive part in Millies journey so far with us only hanging out for a short while..

Millie made it through to the “DMT Bounce Off” which was a great experience for her and brought some extra fun and smiles to her day - there were lots of smiles on the floor and enjoyment, fun and team support was evident on the floor

SCOTTISH FIG CHAMPION 🎉
Great work Millie - excited for 2027 - let’s do this 🎉💪 taken in Dundee Regional Performance Centre for sport by @coach_debimcp

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 SCOTTISH CHAMPIONSHIPS ROUND UP 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Summer has shown everyone what she’s capable of this weekend and most importantly she’s reminded herself of her own awesomeness… ⭐️

When training can be tricky - it’s important to get busy and focused and get back on track and Summer is working really hard in gym to rediscover some skills and she was able to show off some improvements in the gym today with some sticky feet and her score has increased by more than 1.0 since qualifiers.. ⭐️

Good job Summer 🎉 taken in Dundee Regional Performance Centre for sport by @coach_debimcp

Charlotte smashed it this weekend… a tricky lead up to competition can always start a little bit of doubt but not Charlotte - she’s been pretty determined and keen to get out there to do her thing and show off what she can do…

Even got the double front out there to feet too - great build up and exciting to see you progress and see you really start to believe in yourself - almost as much as we believe in you 💪⭐️

Nikolas hard work, commitment and dedication was on show today as she has prepared some new skills and new passes in preparation for a big step up the levels next year..

Her priority today was to put her Barani double pike out there (outwith our gym) which she did in warm up and she wanted to compete her rudi double tuck - a pass she’ll compete next year…. 💪⭐️

Nikola worked well under pressure and demonstrated excellent work alongside a calm and chill vibe on the floor..

Farewell to the Regionals leotard for Nikola and time to add some extra sparkle and prepare for her first year as a FIG gymnast - super exciting - let’s do it !!! 💪⭐️🫶

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 SCOTTISH CHAMPIONSHIPS ROUND UP 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Ella came to this event with a plan…
No matter what…….

✅ Land her straight Barani double tuck
✅ Have a blast with her new team and enjoy competing

Not only did she do both of these plans - she also did herself, her coach and her former coaches proud by smashing her passes and becoming Scottish Champion for Regional 4

AS WELL AS THAT…. she claimed the overall Execution Trophy for Regional 4 and had the best day ever 🫶

We are super proud of your hard work and would like to acknowledge the coaches at @dynamitegymnastics for their incredible hard work to date and this award and celebration is definately a shared and collaborative approach

Well Done Ella 🫶 Great Work @ellab_gymnast taken in Dundee Regional Performance Centre for sport by @coach_debimcp

Natasha has been working hard to increase her difficulty and today demonstrated that in her work.. the plan today was to demonstrate two passes - each with doubles within them as part of the plan for progressing for next year…

Excellent job today and the aim of the game today was to put out some of your newer skills and we are very proud 😊 @natasha_trampoline taken in Dundee Regional Performance Centre for sport by @coach_debimcp

What have I learnt this week:
It’s ok to admit your not ok 🫶
There are heaps of people there for me 🫶
There’s hope and light at the end of the tunnel
Everything is temporary 🫶
If you can’t lift the kettle - Costa delivers 🫶

Having your mobility, movement and functionality taken away from you is terrifying but today starts the new chapter of hope and appreciation for all those around me 💕
(wee shout out to everyone who’s been around this week)

My headspace is positive and I’m in a good headspace - my body is just taking a wee while to catch on to the memo and catch up - we got this 🫶💕💪 taken in JUMP Gymnastics Club by @coach_debimcp

A change of sport for this evening to support @rury_mc and the @cumbernauld_utd_u20s out at Ardrossan 🫶

Proud mamma tonight - proud of my boy keeping up his goal scoring streak with 9 goals in 4 games but most importantly having a blast and enjoying settling into a new team . Rury enjoyed his time as a youngster with Cumbernauld United and he is now playing with them with Under 20’s 💪

Now his games are a Friday night - I’m excited I’ll get to cheer Rury and the team on more often 💪 🎉

A win for United tonight 🎉 7-5 by @coach_debimcp
