👋🏼 👋🏼 Allow me to re-introduce myself: Dr. Destiny (Des for short!) Osawe Giuliani | PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS.

There are QUITE a few new faces on here, & some BIG things have happened in my life since I last shared who I am & what I’m about:

➡️ I am a Physical therapist and Strength coach all about educating & empowering my clients!
I truly believe movement is medicine — not only for orthopedic issues but for health & wellness in every day and for everyone.

🍎 I grew up in the gorgeous city of Verona and have been into various sports since I was a little kid in Italy. That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do. Sports and keeping fit are basically my life—they’re key to my personal growth.

💪🏼 I’m a pro-American football player, competed in different divisions like IFL and GFL, and each year has been super rewarding. Now, I’m gearing up for a shot at the European Football League (ELF) - can’t wait to dive into this next challenge!”

🎓 I graduated in Physical Therapy in 2021 & am currently pursuing my dream of a hybrid in-person & virtual Strength & Postural Coach . 🤩

☀️I love Sunrises, Deadlifts, Being outside, Meat, Dancing & a good IPA. 🍻

🎧My love language is music i love everything che comprende musica e arte

🎯 My ultimate goal is to teach and coach as many people as possible, encouraging them to push their limits and achieve their goals, from athletes to everyone else.

Mi chiamo Destiny Giuliani Osawe, ho 29 anni e gioco Defensive End / EDGE.
Il mio compito in campo è mettere pressione al quarterback, fermare il gioco e portare energia alla difesa.

Mi sono avvicinato al football quasi per caso, ma ho capito subito che era lo sport giusto per me: fisico, competitivo, ma soprattutto fatto di disciplina, strategia e mentalità.

Per me giocare a football significa far parte di qualcosa più grande. Significa fidarsi dei propri compagni, sacrificarsi e lavorare ogni giorno per migliorare.

È uno sport che ti mette davanti a chi sei veramente: ogni azione dura pochi secondi, ma dietro ci sono mesi di lavoro quando nessuno guarda.

Ho avuto la fortuna di giocare in diversi campionati e vestire la maglia della Nazionale Italiana, ma ogni volta che entro in campo il motivo resta lo stesso:
