LAST WEEKS PLANK!
We slowed things down with a 2C side steps, moving right into 4x the bear walk ins, & ended with a hips to heel/DOWNdog break.

Tinashe really made it so my team took this plank series well.

Some days my thoughts stay pretty quiet & some days they just won’t shut the f*** up!!!

If you’re a group fitness instructor, drop your best newbie advice in the comments for anyone needing a little boast of encouragement today!! ✨
