Being in the fitness industry for over a decade and coaching over 10,000 sessions has taught me so much and shaped much of my thinking.

People’s true character most definitely comes out when they are put in vulnerable positions and uncomfortable situations.

My character has been put to the test multiple times. And if I am being honest, it has stemmed from me caring to much.

Is that a thing?

Most definitely.

I have had to step back and think about the things I’ve learned and how both myself and the people I’ve worked with have progressed. That puts things into better perspective.

When I coach, I do my best keep a servant leader attitude: Focusing on the growth and well being of my people, valuing them for who they currently are and where they want to be.

I have always hoped to create a culture of excellence while fostering trust, inspiring vision, and ultimately pulling out the greatest version of each and every person.

I don’t mean to get too deep.

But

The weight room is a special place…

One that I will forever be grateful for.

😩I’ve been exactly where you are 😩

Searching Google for a good “lower body workout” or subscribing to some guys app who I thought looked jacked so it must work for me.

I know how you feel. How you put the time in the gym, but things never improve. You get disappointed and frustrated that you aren’t looking better or getting stronger.

I FEEL YOU, because I’ve been you.

Now I want to help you.

Working with you in personal context emphasizes:

Attention
Customized Program
Accountability
Results

After all, this is what you’re looking for, isn’t it?

I’m here for you.

Sometimes I just sit back and watch you, thinking about how much I love being your husband. Nearly 11 years of marriage, and I still can’t get enough of you. I love the life we share, the woman you are, and the fact that I get to call you mine.

I see the thought and love you pour into our family—the little things that make ordinary days better, the things you remember and handle, and all the ways you care for us without ever looking for recognition. Being loved by you is something I feel every day.

When I look at our kids, our marriage, everything we’ve built, and all we’re still dreaming about, I’m reminded how much of the good in my life exists because you’re in it.

You’re my favorite person. I still get excited when it’s just you and me. I love laughing with you, raising our kids with you, and coming home to you. I hope you never doubt how much I want you, how proud I am to be your husband, or how deeply I love the life we’ve built.

You’re damn near perfect, Payden, and I thank God that, out of everyone I could’ve shared this life with, I get to share it with you. ❤️ by @coach_goldberg

I love being your daddy! by @coach_goldberg

Happy Birthday, Momma

It still doesn’t feel real saying that without being able to say it to you. The week between Mother’s Day and your birthday was your week! And we celebrated the whole time.

Six years have passed, and somehow the space you left hasn’t gotten smaller—
I’ve just learned how to carry it.

You were the best kind of mom…
the kind who didn’t just love her boys, you fought for us.
You showed up for everything—
baiting fishing hooks, playing ball, wrestling in the living room like one of us.
You met us where we were and somehow made it feel like home every time.

You loved Dad in a way that taught me what steady really looks like.
Supportive, strong, unwavering.
The kind of love that is selfless and unconditional.

And your faith…
it wasn’t something you talked about, it was something you lived.
You prayed because it mattered.
You loved like Jesus - and shared His peace and goodness with everyone you talked to - and taught us to love Jesus too.

I miss you in ways that don’t really have words.
Most days it’s a silent thought,
other days it hits like it just happened.

But what hurts the most…
is knowing you never got to see Charleigh and Bentley grow.

You would have loved them so much.
I see pieces of you in their hearts and souls —
and I hope somehow, in ways I don’t understand, they feel you too.

I still need you.
I still wish I could hear your voice.
I still want you here.

But Ill carry you with me—in how I show up, how I love, how I lead my family.

Happy Birthday, Momma
I can’t wait to see you again. by @coach_goldberg

To the woman who turns ordinary days into a childhood our kids will never forget.

You are the heart of our home, the calm in our chaos, and the magic behind every good thing in these kids’ lives.

Watching you be their mom is my favorite view in the world – the way you love, protect, teach, laugh, and show up even on the days you’re running on fumes.

Our kids hit the jackpot with you as their mom, and I hit it twice having you as my wife.

Thank you for every early morning, every late night, every hard conversation, every silly moment, and every unseen thing you do that keeps us together.

You are my best friend, my safe place, and the standard for what love and strength look like in our house.

Happy Mother’s Day, my love — today and every day, I am blessed to build this wild, beautiful life with you.

We love you more than these words will ever say.

Thank you for being you, @paynarayna_7

Happy Birthday my little love! I can’t believe you’re SEVEN! Watching you become the strongest, smartest and most caring young lady is the best joy in my life. You bring so much life into our family. I’m so proud to be your daddy! by @coach_goldberg

Happy Birthday son!

Somehow in just four years you’ve turned our house into a jungle gym, a wrestling ring, and a demolition zone all at the same time.

You’ve gotten pretty good at cracking jokes, busting my chops, and throwing the occasional left hook to the chin just to keep me humble.

You’re the best kind a chaos we could ask for.

I love you, bubs. Happy 4th birthday. by @coach_goldberg

2,192 days without you.

You poured your heart into raising us. You gave without measure and prayed without ceasing. You lived your faith out loud, loved deeply, and carried a joy that made others feel God’s presence through you.

Your faith shaped us. Your love still covers us.

We walk forward on the foundation you laid — anchored in prayer, wrapped in grace, and trusting the promise that love never fails and that death is not the end.

Until we meet again, Mom 🤍

“Her children rise up and call her blessed.” (Proverbs 31:28) by @coach_goldberg

11 birthdays beside you, and still I rise in awe.
You’re the steady in our storms,
the laugh in our living room,
the heartbeat of our home.

You pour your whole soul into our kids,
loving them in ways that teach me
how to love deeper too.

Thank you for lifting me,
believing in me,
and making me a better man
every single day.

Happy birthday, my love.
Here’s to the life we’ve built
and the beautiful years still ahead. ❤️

I love you, @paynarayna_7
