Working hard is important. But working hard without a plan can leave you putting in hours without moving forward.

Your training should have purpose.

✔️ A plan built around YOUR goals.
✔️ Progress you can actually measure.
✔️ Adjustments when something isn’t working.
✔️ Consistency that fits your lifestyle.

You don’t need to live in the gym. You need to make the time you spend there count.

Ready to take the guesswork out of your training?

DM me COACHING and let’s build a plan that moves you forward.

Charles Glass had Mike O’Hearn doing this… so I had to investigate it myself. 🔎💪🏽

Light weight. Controlled movement. Brutal eccentric.

And honestly? I like it.

That’s what CSI is about — Compress. Stretch. Isolate.

I’m not interested in blindly copying exercises. I want to understand why they work, where they challenge the muscle, and how we can use them strategically to build more muscle.

Want me to help you train smarter, build muscle, and actually have a plan behind your training?

I’m currently taking on a limited number of online coaching clients.

DM me “COACHING” and let’s see if we’re a good fit. 💪🏽

Your exercises should have a purpose. 💪

On good mornings, small changes in knee bend can change the mechanics of your hip hinge and how the movement feels.

The fundamentals still matter:
• Brace your core.
• Control the hinge.
• Use a comfortable range of motion.
• Prioritize technique over chasing extra depth.

The goal isn’t to make every rep look extreme. It’s to make every rep intentional.

Want to build strength with a plan that fits YOUR goals? Let’s work.

You have standards, too. You have values, goals, and a life you’re building.

Mutual interest. Mutual effort. Mutual respect.

You don’t need to convince the right person to see your worth. And you don’t have to choose someone just because they choose you.

Choose each other.

🔥 STRUGGLING WITH STUBBORN BELLY FAT?

LISS (Low-Intensity Steady-State) cardio is a great tool for increasing calorie expenditure without unnecessarily compromising your recovery.

But here’s the truth: you can’t choose where your body loses fat.

For sustainable fat loss, focus on:

✅ A consistent calorie deficit
✅ Strength training to build and preserve muscle
✅ Adequate protein
✅ Cardio you can recover from and stick with

You don’t need extreme workouts or crash diets. You need a plan that works for YOUR goals and lifestyle.
