Week 7. Guys are starting to develop their own approach at the plate.

It’s not just about getting swings off — it’s about understanding what you’re looking for and sticking to your plan.

See it. Trust it. Attack it.

More barrels from the 9/19 scrimmage.

Continuing to work on quality movement, timing, and staying connected through the swing. The goal is to make quality swings consistently and let the results take care of themselves.

Stack the days. Respect the rep. ⚾️

A handful of barrels from our 9/18 scrimmage.

Good swings start with quality movement, being on time, and controlling the barrel through the zone.

Still developing. Still working. ⚾️

Week 5.First intersquad of the fall. 🔥

The hitters came out competing and started finding some barrels early. Good swings, good approaches, and a lot to build on as we continue to get better.

The work continues. ⚾️

Keeping the approach simple: up the middle.

Working the Flamingo Drill to engage the hinge while focusing on:
• Landing softly
• Landing on time
• Staying connected through the swing
• Creating a simple, repeatable approach

Building good movements first, then letting the results follow. 📈⚾️
