Keep an eye on the front foot and the first step.

The first step can be the difference between winning and playing catch-up. False steps create wasted movement, delay acceleration, and take away from your explosiveness.

The goal is simple: eliminate unnecessary movement and make your first step decisive, powerful, and in the right direction.

Clean start. Explosive first step. Win from the start. by @coach_johnson96
