Coaching is more than showing up and running a session.

It’s understanding the athlete in front of you. Knowing when to challenge them, when to encourage them, and when to push them outside their comfort zone.

It’s teaching discipline, building confidence, developing game intelligence, and helping players understand that growth takes time.

Every athlete is different. Every session has a purpose. Every rep is an opportunity to improve.

The goal isn’t just to develop better soccer players. It’s to help develop better athletes and better people.

That’s what coaching means to me.
