IMPORTANT. It's OKAY to train to be the best basketball player YOU can be. However, it is important to have realistic goals. If basketball is your passion follow that passion. You can make a career out of it, it just might not be PLAYING. Be a STUDENT athlete. Be a STUDENT of the game. #ballislife #orangecounty #rebelzbasketball #goals by @coach_ladd

Some Sunday sunset training with grif. Working on attacking downhill from the wing and countering to get to the block. When that doesn't work... pivot series! And some cone action to get low on your split and extra style points... ha! Good job dude #coto #ballislife #rebelzbasketball #orangecounty #rsm #lakeforest #lagunahills by @coach_ladd
