What an incredible day🏊🏅

A huge congratulations to all of Coach Marjan’s swimmers for their outstanding performances at today’s competition. Every single swimmer showed determination, confidence, and true sportsmanship in the pool.

No matter the result, each of you made us proud by giving your best and never giving up. Your hard work, discipline, and passion continue to inspire everyone around you.

Keep chasing your goals, believing in yourselves, and enjoying every moment of the journey. The best is yet to come💙

✨ Artistic Swimming is more than just a beautiful sport—it’s a journey of confidence, discipline, and growth.

Through every splash and every routine, children develop:
💪 Strength
🌬️ Better breath control
🧠 Focus and concentration
🌟 Self-confidence
🤸 Flexibility
🎵 Rhythm, creativity, and teamwork

Give your child the opportunity to learn, grow, and shine both in and out of the pool.
Thanks @elnazsedaghat7

Today we received some wonderful news:
Lenia has been accepted to the Provincial Competitive Artistic Swimming Team.
As a parent, I am incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and commitment she has shown throughout this journey.
I would also like to recognize someone who played a major role in helping her reach this milestone: Coach Marjan.
For more than four years, Marjan has been guiding Lenia, first in swimming and later in artistic swimming. She has been much more than a coach, she has been a mentor, motivator, and role model.
I truly believe that Lenia's acceptance to a Provincial Competitive Team would not have been possible without Marjan's knowledge, dedication, high standards, and unwavering support.
Thank you, by @coach_marjan

Watching her determination, courage, and joy at the finish line was a beautiful reminder that big dreams can start at any age. ✨

She was only 15 — Iran’s young swimming champion, full of dreams and hope, silenced too soon by the Islamic Republic. Her spirit swims on in our hearts. 🕊️💔
