Quick shoulder set

I used a single 25 plate
Worked my way down from 3 sets of 12, 3 sets of 10, to 3 sets of 8!
Quick burner save it! Honestly you should pull to your chin but baby this is cap cut and this was bout at the 8 count and my shoulders were toast with extra jelly 😀

Best gift I could’ve gave myself was get re-certified, get some spin vouchers, land some auditions and run that same play back consistently well in May someone I personally know who I trust and admire her Kraft tip was to “stay on the bike” even after the auditions and I landed a gig. Well, the time is here and time to audition! Y’all are going with. Well not in person. lol. Just in spirit ♥️ if that message could take flight in someone else’s life’ let it! “Don’t let up, keep your feet on the gas, do it for you 🤍

This Personal!!!

GOD shows us strength is within us and not on us. But, what we do with recovery restoration trust and faith is on us. Yes, we complain. (We’re human) & unexpected heartbreak on restorative journeys offer Chin-checks with let downs so let’s go deeply into the ones we’ve poured the deepest parts of your selves into publicly financially emotionally and must vulnerable! What do you do with the private love? You shuffle it like a play list. And stop right at This song so yes, while I’m overly proud of NELL. I had to really place emphasis around how personal this is.

If you told me this 17 months ago this was possible I would’ve have believed you. Thank God for my Faith even on the trying days I struggle to find it 04/18/2026
