Year 1️⃣ @imgatfxc Been a blessing 🙏🏾

Grateful for the opportunity to coach such an outstanding group of student-athletes. Looking back on this season, I'm proud of everything this hurdle squad accomplished—but even more proud of the people they're becoming.

Excited for our returning athletes, our incoming hurdle squad, and everything that's ahead.

If you're looking to develop on and off the track, let's connect.

Better than yesterday. Every day 📈

God is good 🙏🏾

Started the year with a small group and a big vision

Closed out the indoor season as NATIONAL CHAMPS 🏆

Men’s Shuttle Hurdle Relay — National Champions (29.70)

Women’s Shuttle Hurdle Relay — 6th (All-Americans) (33.77)

Lawley pulled his hamstring on the third hurdle and still finished it for the win

Proud of this group is a understatement

Truly blessed to have one of the best grandfathers anyone could ever ask for. Granddad you’re one of the people I’ve done all of this for. Making you proud has always meant so much to me, and I look forward to continuing to make you proud.

Thank you for always believing in me, supporting me, and being in my corner. Rest up, you’re in a better place now. Until we meet again ❤️🕊 by @coach_qh

That's a wrap for the 2026 USATF Masters Outdoor Championships

🥇 National Champion – Long Jump (6.63m)

🥈 Runner-up – 110m Hurdles (15.11)* Lost a shoe midway through the race.

🥈 Runner-up – 400m Hurdles (55.52)

Not exactly the weekend I envisioned, but I'm thankful for the opportunity to compete. One thing this journey continues to teach me is that I'm at my best when I'm challenging myself to become the best version of myself.

The work doesn't stop here. Looking forward to seeing what I can do at the 2027 World Masters Indoor Championships in Gainesville, Florida this upcoming March.

Above all, I give God all the glory for blessing me with the health and opportunity to compete. Thank you to everyone who's supported me throughout this journey.

Back to work. 💪🏾🙏🏾 by @coach_qh

Ending the outdoor season with All-American honors and a Top-5 finish at New Balance Nationals & new school record (1:02.97) in the girls shuttle hurdle relay 🏅

I'm grateful for the opportunity to help young people chase their dreams, overcome challenges, and grow through the journey. While these young ladies closed out our season in incredible fashion, I'm equally proud of our entire hurdle crew and the progress they've made throughout the year.

Year one at IMG has been a blessing. Grateful for the athletes, families, and staff who have bought into the vision. The future is bright, and we're just getting started 🙏🏾🙌🏾 by @coach_qh
