TRISPIRE coaching - no judgement , just progress🥇

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

11 years. ❤️

We’ve had the best of times, and we’ve had some really hard times. We’ve laughed, we’ve struggled, we’ve grown, and we’ve probably tested each other’s patience more than a few times along the way.

But through it all, there’s nowhere I’d rather be than right here, with you.

Waking up next to you every morning, sharing this crazy life together, and knowing that you’re by my side has been one of the greatest parts of my life.

11 years married, and I’m still choosing you. Through the good, the bad, the easy and the difficult.

Happy anniversary, my love. ❤️ by @coach_robbieg

Run better. Run stronger. Run together. 🏃‍♂️🔥

Group runs just hit different.

✨ You push harder
✨ You stay consistent
✨ You go further without even realising
✨ You meet people who get it
✨ You actually enjoy the run

💪 Strength isn’t just built in your legs — it’s built in the moments you want to stop… but don’t, because the group keeps you going.

No matter your pace or level — there’s a spot for you.

Pull through. Show up. Let’s run. #trispire #grouprun taken in Lonehill, Johannesburg SA by @coach_robbieg

African Continental Championships today in the Snr cat . Managed silver today. The support from my amazing @nicole_gien has helped through injuries and doubt but we did it.
Tomorrow is veterans cat which is actually where I should be fighting. Was also awesome to have the @tatamijudo crew there today and what a performance but everyone. Thanks @basilsmith76 for the push. #kurash #fighting taken in Kempton Park Indoor Sports Centre by @coach_robbieg
