“Seek refuge in community.”
The 7FE LIVE 2026 Experience ate and left NO crumbs.

🏆 I was honored to receive the 4-Figure Club Award.
🎶 I started each morning with a two-step, a choir, and a VIBE.
💎 I left every session I attended with gems I’m still thinking about.
💿 I was reminded of my LimeWire CD-making days at the Sneaker Ball featuring Donell Jones.
📋 And I got to serve as a Huddle Leader (shout-out to Group 32!).

But beyond all the learning, and cutting up, one of my biggest takeaways was the reminder of the power of connection.

Thank you Dr. @e_jordanthomas for building such a dope, authentic platform and an unmatched community. Business ownership is HARD, and being surrounded by people who get it, challenge you, celebrate you, and pour into you is everything.

Find your people. And when you do, pour into them too🩵

Sometimes what looks like a performance problem is actually a support problem.

I was honored to join Stephanie Chung, alongside Dr. Alicia Hodge, on Episode 3 of Not Like Me to discuss what leaders need to know about neurodiversity, anxiety, and mental health at work.

One thing I've learned as a behavior analyst:
