Tire work. Keep it simple.

Tight hands. Firm at contact point. High finish.

See it, feel it, then repeat it. Information given, information received, information applied, results will happen.

Training hard at the WRONG time = injuries 🚫⚾

Coach Thomas breaks it down: fall = build the foundation, go hard. Spring/summer (in season) = tone it down. Timing matters as much as the work itself.

Elbow , knob , top Hand …. Keep your Box in shape at launch position, let the forearm lead the way , barrel will lag behind , once the barrel catches up with the hands and starts to pass the 🤚🏾🤚🏾’s it will pull the hands to and through FULL extension …. Lets the 🤚🏾🤚🏾 ‘s go for the ride #poweredbycoachthomas #trainmoreplayless #swingmechanics #baseballtraining #explorepage✨ by @coach_thomas_
