This isn’t launch angle. This isn’t exit velocity. This isn’t velo on a radar gun. This isn’t HR distance.

It’s always difficult to put into words what a season meant when it comes to an end. This game is and always will be about the players, and this was a special group that fought for each other and pushed each other to be great every single day.

We came up short of our ultimate goal, but unbelievably proud of what these guys accomplished this year as a group.

The future is bright🐏

Season highlights:
31-5 (most wins in school history)
District champions (first time in 10 years)
8.44 runs/game
TEAM slash line - .332/.469/.548
TEAM OPS - 1.017
113 SB with a success rate of 87.60%

Tons of credit to the best strength coach in the state in @fearsperez for the incredible progress our guys saw in the weight room this year. PR’s all across the board. Huge part of our on-field success💪🏻

Chase Collin RHP
Great Frame, projectable, quick arm, comes out easy with good strong velo. Velo will continue to climb, has the attributes of a flame thrower with long, quick arm, explosive lower half with massive hands and long fingers. Has real good feel for the ball, locates very well, (I would agree to say he has command of all his pitches). He’s not a thrower, HE PITCHES!!! Class of 27, will end up with plus velo as he continues to get stronger. High Baseball/ Pitching IQ. Strong work ethic and very motivated to get to the next level. by @coach_tmorrison

Before: uncontrolled leg kick, crash forward, hands burry behind the body at launch. These positions forced him to work up out of the ground and across the body.

After: simplified gather, stride to balance and land in the proper hitting position, hands had space to work with (not burred behind ), allowed himself to get inside the baseball and stay thru it consistently by @coach_tmorrison
